Such a free, loving environment. Placing mom was such a traumatic experience and Parsons House made it easy and so inviting for her and our whole family. I did not think that it was possible to find the genuine care and compassion that we have found at Parson’s House for my Mother! From the wait staff, the aides, the medical staff, the administrators, EVERY SINGLE PERSON is kind, attentive, and welcoming. The care she receives there has been a Godsend for her, and a huge stress reliever for me!

The staff at Parsons House has been truly wonderful, especially with the passing of my dad. They have been diligent checking on mom and making sure she is cared for and loved. Before dad passed, they helped to get mom to see dad at the hospital and rehab. They understood how hard it was for them to be separated. They even had a surprise celebration for their 70th anniversary. They continue to search for new and engaging activities for all the residents. And, every staff member is always genuinely smiling throughout the day.

My mother lives there now it is a wonderful place for accosting living the stage is very caring and the director is absolutely amazing you can call or text her and she always answers the nurse They are all wonderful. Thank you Parson House for taking care of my mother. If anyone needs their service I'll recommend them 100%.

The staff are very caring and friendly. Mom's been here for 3 years a day she's seen a lot of changes over the time but Parsons is always trying to improve and I think now they have the best team. I would recommend this home for your loved one ’•

I became familiar with Parsons House from seeing Mrs. Kelso's posts on Nextdoor. She always seems to be going the extra mile for her community and offering tons of safe and fun ways to keep the residents and community involved during these crazy Covid times. I can tell Parsons House goes above and beyond in their care for their residents and are very well cared for. No doubt the staff gives exceptional care, just take a look at their Facebook page! Person’s house Cypress is a great community. The staff is very caring and compassionate about their jobs. They make sure the residents are happy. We offer 24 hrs services. Our rooms are very spacious and our residents have their privacy. Like most facilities we all are faced with the current covid 19 crisis. At our facility we ensure that all staff and visitors are following all CDC guidelines. Our top priority is the safety of our residents and staff. This is another reason why I would highly recommend Parson’s House Cypress.

It instantly feels like home. The care staff at PHC provides exceptional care and are truly dedicated to each and every resident. They are truly top notch! You will often find the building in a buzz with all the wonderful and entertaining activities going on. The wellness program helps residents live a healthy lifestyle that focuses on mind, body and spirit. Walking around the community you get a sense of pride, not only from the residents, but from the leadership team as well. You can really tell they love what they do, and that they care for each and every resident, family member and friend. It is a wonderful community to call home!

I absolutely love this facility!!! Awesome residents, AMAZING management. Madelyne and Amanda are the BEST! This facility has some of the sweetest most kind care managers and med techs! Can’t forget about our Activities staff Donna and Ariel they are so much fun and come up with the best activities for the residents.

This place will always be my home. The staff has been through many changes but no matter what they bounce back and will always end the day with a smile because of their big hearts and their love for the residents. People say why are there so many changes and how does a building thrive at all with shortage of any and I say because that building is special and requires a special heart and soul to give what the residents and families need and long for. There had always been kindness that runs the heart of that home. As for the shortage, the staff that is present will always wear the hat of many and get the job done and that is simply because they love this place and love the residents and take their role in caring seriously. Perfection is in the eye of the beholder. This is my perfect home and I am looking forward to seeing so many smiles and hugs so many when this pandemic is over. After meeting Mandi Kelso I now know where I want to go when I have to be placed into a Assisted Living community. The staff at the Parsons house is the best. The food is wonderful, the games they play with the residents are so fun and the staff enjoys playing the games with them. The Parsons picked the perfect person to be the executive director which is Mandi Kelso. You can't train empathy and compassion it's just built into your DNA. That's why Mandi does such a great job in the community.

The interactive and open environment allows for individuals to express themselves while maintaining their independence. My MIL was a resident here for 8 years and let me say the caring staff was exceptional in taking care of her in her final days. Stevee the Director is an angel sent here to care about each and every person coming through these doors. They kept on top of my MIL to make sure she was getting around on her own, bathing and her eating needs. They have plenty of ongoing activities for the residents and there are tons of outside groups coming around to visit and bring fun stuff. The holidays are about bringing in family to spend time with their residents. They have recently redecorated the facility and updated all furnishings so it rivals higher cost facilities. The cost is not as high as most other places and is well worth it. In the end they were helping us to reduce some of the monthly cost due to financial constraints on our end. The food was okay at first but they listened to the residents and made some changes in the kitchen so it was much better. They even allowed dogs to visit so we could bring our golden in to see my MIL. In closing, all of the staff here is super friendly and always looking to help out in any way.

Parsons House has been a home to my sister for over five years. The care and dedication of the employees is beyond incredible. Steevie is the director and is a huge part of why this Assisted Living is the place where we trust them to care for our loved one. You aren’t just a number here, you are family.
