I want to share my time Windsor las palmas in mcallen.this was my first time in a rehab facility and was scared . I found myself immediately assured they were there to help me. They anticipated my needs and were never put out with what seemed countless member of times I pushed my help button. I felt very relieved from the first day and was able to fully concentrate on my daily rehab. The staff answered all my concerns from the most minute things like where is my remote, to please take me to rehab. I found them all to be experienced and compassionate and truly cared about their patients their job and the facility. Thank you

I visited this nursing home and had to go in and out twice because I forgot something. A staff member told someone else to tell me he wasn’t going to keep opening the door every five minutes. I understand safety is important, but the comment felt unnecessary and a bit rude

Hello my name is David Sullivan I spent over 20 some days here not one time did I have a problem with any of the nurses or CNAS I had go thrue a lot physical therapy the hospitality that they showed me was great made me fell like home The ADON told me if I had any problems that she would take care of it but I didn’t have any problems the whole staff there was great it was always clean and smelled great they cleaned are room every day the others patients was nice the food was great if for some reason I had go to a nursing home again that’s the one I would want to go to thank

This has been a wonderful place stay at. During my recovery this is the 3rd nursing facility I have been in and so far it has exceeded the rest. ALL staff, including administration, were wonderful and very attentive. All my needs were met. I have no concerns regarding this place. My facility doctor was also very wonderful. I will be have a procedure coming up and I definitely want to return to Windsor Las Palmas. Thank you all VERY MUCH.

I cannot get my meds or changes at night. I have waited for over 2 hours and the call light is turned off with I'll be right back or need to check if you are scheduled. I have COPD very serious at night.
