Amazing activity program with Rachael- the best of any of the Brookdale facilities in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Marvin, Assistant Director is extremely helpful and gets resolution to issues quickly & very personable. Terry, Director of nursing is very attentive & helpful. Timely with addressing medical issues. Several caregivers, like Barbara, are very attentive to our family member. Drawback resulting in only 4 stars is a corporate issue: the price goes up yearly with not much difference in services rendered. Some discounts which get negated by other charges. Several fees & the building complex has areas that are dated & needing updating/replacing, especially with the amount being charged to each resident. In spite of those grievances, our family unanimously feel our family member is in the best facility and is well cared for & thriving in hervliving environment.

My mom moved to Brookdale Club Hill in March of 2026. She is so happy in her new environment. Her apartment is spacious and clean. The balcony outside of her apartment gives her a perfect spot to enjoy her morning coffee. The activity director is outstanding at his job. Before moving to Club Hill, my mom was a bit lonely. Now, I can't keep up with her social calendar. The food at Club Hill is excellent. I am impressed with the quality and variety of the meals served. I no longer worry that she is not eating. Everyone that works at Brookdale Club Hill seems to enjoy their job. My mom is treated with kindness and respect. In addition, I am appreciative of the assistance I get from the staff every time I have a question or need help with paperwork. The grounds at Club Hill are lovely. I feel that my mom is safe walking around the grounds. The water fountains, fish and ducks are a nice bonus. My mom often tells me that she feels so blessed. Club Hill is a big part of that blessing. If you are checking out Assisted Living facilities for your loved one, I would recommend seeing Club Hill after you have viewed a few others first. I think you will easily see how this facility rises above the rest.

I have had quite a bit of experience with Brookdales throughout the country and this is by far one of the best that I have encountered. My mother-in-law is in the independent living section of Brookdale in Garland and it is fabulous. They are always willing to help her and the dining hall has very good food and there is always an excess of activities going on within the community of Brookdale. I have nothing negative to say about this facility only extreme praise.

All smiles and nice when you first move in, but after my FIL passed away they took 3k+ from his estate a month after we had cleared his apartment. They insist you set up auto pay for the monthly rent. We cannot get anyone to call us back not Deidra or Laura. It’s been two weeks and we need the money to pay the bills on his house. Update: got a check back from them BUT it’s made out to the estate of . So bank won’t deposit it. And Brookdale is checking to see if they can write a new check; not sure why they can’t put the money back the same way they took it out. Why didn’t they close out his account? There is no excuse, it is THEFT.

Overall this is a fabulous place to live. Different levels of care are available. Great activities. Elegant dining and good food. Friendly staff. Cleaning lady. Beauty shop. Happy hour, programs, cruises. I love living here and I have been at another place. My cottage is awesome and I have a back yard for my dogs. My cottage is 2 bedroom and is spacious. My baby grand piano is in my living room. Big screen tv. Spacious kitchen and stove and full size fridge. I have a carport. I love living here.

My mother in law absolutely loves this community! She’s had previously lived in a place where there weren’t many activities and the food was hit or miss. Now she is part of a painting class, sewing class and other activities. And she loves the food! She has also met many friends and become so much more active and happy! The staff takes such excellent care of her and the residents. The activities director is so engaged and comes up with the most unique experiences and outings for them. My husband and I trust that she is WELL taken care of at Brookdale Club Hill!

I rarely write reviews, but this one is a must. My mother-in-law lived at Chambrel/Brookdale for 16 yrs. She loved the staff, other residents and the little library where she organized and read books often. The food varied...sometimes awesome, other years not so good. Back to staff...I can’t remember all the names, but must mention Julia with personalized living!! While this is an extra cost, she went way beyond the scope of her work to care for mom! She’s loving, honest, meticulous with organizing medication and just a doll! When moms memory started going, Julia never complained about the multiple calls at all hours. All the ladies that work with Julia were amazing. Also...Jeromy! He helped her with her groceries, spoke to her with respect and kindness. For that matter all the young folks at the front desk were awesome! I couldn’t give 5 stars for a only one reason....corporate. After 16 years of never asking for any apartment updates...they insisted on 2 months rent after we had to move mom to a more secure facility. Quite a financial hardship! 2 months!! Check your lease!

I moved to Brookdale in July of 2018, along with many others I have made friends within that time. I have found that moving was not an easy thing to do. However since my wife and I have been here I have been extremely happy. The people are great, food is great and I love the many activities that are offered at Brookdale. I would recommend anyone interested in senior living to move to Brookdale Club Hill.

Brookdale at Club Hill is a great place for my parents. The property is very well kept up and has nice big trees and a nice little duck pond that my parents love. All the staff we have talked to have been great and are very friendly, helpful and treat all the residents kindly. All the residents we have ran into really seem happy and love living here. They always have parties and other activities going on that give the residents plenty of things to do. This was a big move and change for my parents, and I really appreciate all the help we received and continue to receive from Tanya, Brenda and the rest of the staff during this life transition for my parents.

Mother and Dad will be moving to Brookdale Club Hill next week. The facility and the people impressed me so much after my first visit, I scheduled my parents and sister for a tour the following day. Tanya, their sales director showed us the grounds and an apartment, then provided lunch in their dining room for our family to sit privately to discuss our impressions. There was never any high-pressure selling. We all truly felt Brookdale and its staff had the family's best interests at heart. Mother and Dad made the decision to move to Brookdale before we left their campus. Everyone was so cordial and friendly. We met the Executive Director, one of the Assistant Executive Directors, the Director of Nutrition Services, the dining room Manager, and a number of other very helpful employees, like Ana, our dining room server. All of the residents we met along our tour or in the dining room told us how much they enjoy living there. It is apparent that service excellence is on the agenda for every person, every day at Brookdale Club Hill.

This Brookdale Senior Living is a grand old facility that has been completely remodeled. Our mother is very comfortable and happy in her lovely apartment. The apartment itself is large with big windows for sunshine to enter in to the rooms, a full kitchen & a nice size patio for mom's beautiful flower pots. Brookdale has a variety of activities of games, exercise, even water aerobics, fabulous evening events, day trip events as well as planned vacation travel. The meals are served in nice dining atmosphere. Sunday brunch is such a treat! The staff are kind & accommodating. We are pleased that our mom is cozy, happy & safe!

My mother did not want to visit Senior Living options. Brookdale Club Hill was first on my list as it was closest to mom's home. We spent close to 3 hours enjoying a delicious lunch, introduction to various staff including one of the doctors that makes regular visits to her patients at Brookdale, learning about the daily activities and incredible travel opportunities, periodic special events with invitations to family to participate ( I attended the Beatles Extravaganza), and touring the attractive campus. After visiting a second facility on day two, my mother wanted to return to Brookdale for a second visit. By day four after much discussion, mom signed a contract and has been very happy ever since. I am most appreciative of the wonderful help and attention Brenda provided in mom's transition to Brookdale Club Hill.

From the moment I walked in the door I knew this is was the place I wanted my mom and dad to live! Every resident I pasted greeted me with the most genuine smiles! Seeing happy residents meant they liked it there! Then I met Tanya! She was so welcoming and bent over backwards to show us the facility and and all its amenities. This is the most perfect community nestled in my own neighborhood! Thank you Tanya for ALL your help and patience as we prepared my mom and dad for this next phase of their life!

The first time we visited Brookdale Club Hill in Garland, was two weeks before 50th anniversary. We walked into the clubhouse to meet with our Club Hill representative, Becky, and there was a sign in the hallway that welcomed my husband and I by name and also wished us a Happy 50th Anniversary. We were very impressed by that extra touch and the recognition of such an important event in our lives! That was one of the endearing things that made our decision to choose Club Hill as our senior living community! And it didn't stop there! Brenda Recio, the Move-in Coordinator, has been a treasure of information and service. She even threw us a "Welcome Dinner" to which we could invite friends and family. She did a great job of organizing and putting on the event. She did all the work for us! She sent the invitations and had the kitchen prepare a indoor picnic for all of us! It was a wonderful way to introduce our friends to our new home. Since, she has helped us often as we navigate the process of moving into our new community! The large Dining Room is another place where the Brookdale Club Hill campus shines! The food is always delicious yet nutritious and the deserts are always tempting! At the same time and the young men and women who act as the wait staff are friendly and very alert to the needs of those they are serving. We live in Building 10 which houses assisted living as well as independent living. We have our own dining room in-house. We split our time between the main clubhouse dining room and this one to make the most of our socializing! We have already taken advantage of the many popular, enjoyable activities! There are too many events to count but you are guaranteed to find something to fit your personal tastes! Of course the traditional games, such as bingo cards and board games are regularly scheduled but then there is much more including music, crafts, and scheduled trips and dining out excursions. Oh, I am looking forward to using the outdoor pool that looks so tempting but is closed in fall and winter because of the cooler weather! Last but not least, I am grateful to the residents of the Club Hill campus for opening their hearts to us. Whether its sharing their table with you at meal time or a passing hello in the hall, everyone is so welcoming to newcomers and quickly become not only neighbors but friends! Good job Brookdale, Club Hill! We are happy!

I have lived at Brookdale Club Hill for 5 years and I love it here. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. I hope to live here until God calls me home. There are so many things to do here you would have a hard time doing them all. All so it is a very pretty campus. They provide everything you need to live here.The residents are very friendly and will help you if you need it. Moved mom in just a week ago. The staff is very supportive and willing to go out of their way to in during the transition period. Communication has been great both before (decision making time) the move, during and even after. If you have any concerns or issues, be sure to communicate with a staff member. They cannot addresses issues or concerns if they are unaware of them. They understand that loved ones moving in may be doing so due to a big change in your loved ones life (my dad passed away the second week of April). The staff attempts to make things right but they do have processes and procedures they must follow and it is usually related to resident's safety and well-being. The facility grounds are very nice and I would be tempted to sit outside near the little creek / water feature they have near the main building. My family is looking forward to the possibility of a long term stay for our mother.
