New Haven Assisted Living has such a warm and homey vibe ” you can truly feel the care and comfort the moment you walk in. The residents all seemed happy and well taken care of, and the environment felt inviting and peaceful. The administrator, Roxanne, was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Highly recommend!

I can not give New Haven enough credit for everything they do. My mom has been at this facility for over a year and each and EVERY staff member has become family, I couldn’t ask for my mom to be in better hands! When i did my tour alittle over a year ago I knew from the moment we walked in this was her home, the staff that day greeted us and Roxanne is amazing. Roxanne has shown us what it means to be involved with the patient care and the family as well. The facility is always clean and never have I had a complaint from my mom. Mandi and Nancy have always shown the best care as well. The caregivers treat the patients as if they are family and it means the world to me to know that my loved one is taken care of so well and not to mention loved. I would recommend New Haven to anyone that wants to be at ease on where their loved one is.

I have had a very pleasant experience living here. The staff is kind, gentle, and well trained. I am on a special diet and the chef is kind enough to prepare my meals to fit my need. The staff ensure that I get my showers, medications, and meals on time.

My mother has been as New Haven Assisted Living for a little over a year now. Our experience has been amazing. We have other family members in assisted living facilities and I can tell you that the care and compassion at New Haven is well above what we have seen anywhere else. Roxanne has been the director for 95% of the time my mom has been there and I hope it stays that way. Ashley and Anthony have been on the staff there since day one and I hear almost daily from my Mom about them going above and beyond for her. These are just the people I know by name, the entire staff really is no different. A very high level of patience and compassion is obviously a big proponent here. While many places will claim this as a value proposition, New Haven is one of the few places that really invests in a staff where these attributes are highly developed. This truly is the best place for a loved one who is looking for a smaller community with a caring staff that is basically an extended family.

These people are so amazing. The care is excellent, so loving and the place is beautiful. It's hard to leave my sister at the end of a visit, but I sleep well knowing she's loved and safe. We've experienced less than acceptable and new haven in Kyle is the best!

I am so happy my Mom is here at New Haven in Kyle, TX. My Mom actually likes staying out with the others, she seems more alert and happy than she did at the other place she was at. It seems like a family here and the ladies taking care of my Mom and others are really great with everyone. I highly recommend New Haven of Kyle!

My 92 year old sister had been at New Haven for a few weeks now. What a blessing to have her there! This facility already feels like home! The staff is beyond friendly & accommodating. very caring & compassionate! Cleanliness & organization are obvious things we noticed as soon as we moved my sister in. She never has to wait when she calls for help of any kind! The food is absolutely delicious! Two chefs Anthony & Glenn are doing an excellent job with their talented cooking skills. Madison & Tina are the best! They see that everything runs smoothly & they are always willing to talk about your loved one’s wants, needs & desires!! They are available at all times. We feel so secure & at ease each day as we leave my sister, knowing that she is truly cared for. Madison, Tina, staff. thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do to make New Haven the perfect place for my sister!!

I toured this community several months ago and was very impressed with how clean it was. I was also impressed with how the care givers interacted with the residents. My sister has now been a resident at New Haven for a few months. I cannot say enough about Madison and her staff. They are all, without exception, kind, caring, helpful, and respectful of the residents. They have exceeded my expectations. They have gone above and beyond the call in assisting with the transition from another community to New Haven. I am grateful for Madison and her crew, they are a blessing to me and to my sister.

An absolutely beautiful, pleasant, and happy place that truly cares about the residents! The staff is the best at making this a wonderful and comfortable place to live. At least once a month, they do a theme lunch or dinner for families to come visit and participate. It warms my heart to see how well the residents are cared for.

My mother is a resident at New Haven-Kyle Assisted Living. It is a supportive environment in a very nice, well-managed facility. My mother loves the activities that are regularly planned for the residents, including Bingo and other games, exercise, arts and crafts, music, cooking, and gardening. Our thanks to the caring staff for their hard work in making New Haven- Kyle a positive experience for my mother.

This is a wonderful place for your loved one!! The staff is incredible, the food is delicious, and the activities are amazing! There is so much love, attention to detail, and personalized care given to each resident. The building is clean, beautifully decorated, and easy for the residents to move around in! Each room has a private shower. The beautician does a fabulous job making the residents feel special! It’s truly an amazing place! Would recommend to everyone looking for the perfect place for their loved one!!

As a CNA myself, I'm super picky about the assisted care my loved ones receive, but I was thoroughly impressed with what I saw. Came in for a tour met with the Administrator Amanda she was full of life, kind, and knowledgeable. The facility was beautiful, clean, organized and offered many amenities for our loved one. The halls were filled with smiling faces and we feel confident in dropping off our loved one when the time comes. A big thank you to the New Haven staff for being so welcoming and really making this facility fell like a home.

I took a tour of the facility and grounds. I was very impressed with the building, staff and their knowledge of the facility. The executive director, Amanda even came and had a wonderful conversation with me about my family and our needs. I ultimately ending up receiving home health services for my mom but I will definitely be keeping this place in mind. A big thank you to the staff for their help.

I came in to see this Assisted Living for both my parents. Amanda Fuller Executive Director was very nice and pleasant in showing me around the facility. She was super kind and helpful. The facility was beautiful, clean and organized. She was able to relate to me in what we like in facilities for the care we want for our loved ones. She is also a nurse herself and it shows by how well the facility is well put together and the staff as well. Very professional. We decided to do home health instead, but this place is my go to if my parents need a facility. Thank You Amanda and New Haven for the welcoming experience.
