I stopped by to visit a loved one that lived at Seaside Manor, I love this facility the management staff has always been very nice and friendly. The Executive Director Liz is also very nice, a very busy lady but always takes the time to stop and talk to her residents and family, it shows that she really loves her job and truly cares. My loved one loved it there at Seaside because she was treated like family. It is clean and the food is excellent. All of the management staff truly care about their residents. I highly recommend Seaside to anyone that has a loved one that needs to be cared for.

My Brother was a resident of Seaside Manor and recently passed due to his COPD. I cant say enough about the caring nature of Liz the Administrator and Mary the head of nursing care. My brother and his little dog were were made to feel very welcome there. During the final weeks leading up to the passing of my brother, Mary called me personally to inform me of his condition. She even went as far as to call my other brother out of state. Family relationship situations can be tricky, yet through that Mary kept us informed. I witnessed first had the care and concern by both Mary and Liz during the final days of my brothers life. They really care. The facility is under new management now and I believe there are plans to do some painting and cosmetics and cleaning which is needed. Despite some cosmetic appearance issues, I have no doubt that the individuals that are residents there are cared for and accepted as part of a family. My brother could be difficult and I know that there were MANY extra things that were done for him that were done out of care for a person and not on his treatment plan. My brother was in the right place when he left this world. Thank you for taking such good care of him.

This facility truly cares about their residents. Unfortunately with the current pandemic it is much more dangerous for our elderly. This facility takes extra measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents is met to keep them safe. The director is extremely friendly and will make the well-being of your loved one his number one priority. Sadly that isnt always the case at other facilities.

From the moment that you enter the front door youre greeted with smiles and welcoming faces. Seaside Manor is a smaller facility that truly generates a feeling of comfort and coziness. The homelike atmosphere is inviting when considering living facility options for family and love ones. The entire staff is caring and helpful with all the administrators fully involved. The environment is warm with a genuine focus on the health and well being of the residents.

Over a year ago our family moved our Mom to Seaside Manor's Memory Care. It was the best choice and we couldn't be happier for the care that she receives. The staff is wonderful, caring and always professional. The attention our Mom gets is filled with love and what a blessing that is. We enjoy all the activities they arrange for their residents and we participate in as many as we can with our Mom. Seaside highlights all the holidays and special events through out the year with over the top decorations, food and hands on participation activities. That is a sign of true dedication of their staff. We are so pleased our Mom is there. They truly make her feel she's "at home!"

Amazing place! Worked there for about a year before I relocated. Liz, the ED is an amazing boss, she really cares about the residents like they are family and has made so many changes in a positive way to the building to make it really feel like home! She also participates in activities for residents including karaoke and other events. She puts alot into the building alot from her own income because she wants to make the building a nice and homey place. If i was closer i would love to go back it is a very kind enviroment and I recommend it to everyone, the residents are so sweet and welcoming They have become like family. So I deffinately say that Seaside manor is a 5 star building

Seaside Manor is a hidden gem in Ormond by the Sea! We moved my Mom in about a month ago and she loves the family atmosphere and helpful staff who treat her exceptionally well. We feel she is safe and secure and well taken care of. The best part is she is only a couple of miles away! Thank you to all of the fabulous staff!

My father has been a resident for about 6 months and my mother and I are very pleased with the care, the helpful staff and good meals. It can be a very difficult process to find an overall quality home for your loved ones and we give Seaside Manor a 10!

My mom works here and this place is great.

This place gets a very good from me after checking my mother in on 9-22-16. I will gladly give them another star if they continue to bring her down to the main dining room for her meals, and include her in the activities. She may be on the second floor but she doesnt have Alzheimers, and needs to have contact with the regular residents. Thank you to the staff for the great attention.
