I just returned to Atria after a short absence when I had moved into a nice apartment my son built for me at his home. I had a medical situation which initially was of some concern and my children thought it would be better if lived closer. As time passed and my health concerns decreased I opted to return to Atria, Chandler. Thus, this is my third occupancy. Initially, I moved into Atria because their management had been so welcoming and open during interviews and visits. I was very pleased with my residency, the warmth and efficiency of staff and management. They simply worked overtime to fulfill the needs and expectations of residents. I left the first time and moved into a multigenerational apartment complex, due to larger units and lower rent, but without meals. I liked the location the roominess and pricing, but did not experience the same warmth as Atria, and I became aware that meal time was sorely missed. The meals at Atria were fine but I really missed the fellowship. Thus I returned in 10 months. My tenure during the second residency lasted over a year. No complaints of importance. Staffing was excellent. Food was generally good, Maintenance was excellent. I had an incident, when driving that resulted in a minor accident. It was believed I had experienced a Transient Ischemic Attack. Thus, I stopped driving and sold my car. It was at this time that I left Atria the third occasion as mentioned in the first paragraph. Each instance on my return I was welcomed warmly. Personnel are warm and cordial. I may be their most frequent resident,or words to that effect.

Atria Chandler Villas could not be better at providing a beautiful experience for residents. I've lived in other senior living places, and I find this one is the nicest. Not only is help always available, as it should be, but the food is the best I've had in years. My living space is especially nice. Staff members are open and friendly as well. I couldn't be happier about living here.

I've called Atria my home for almost 2 years now. Part of being at Atria is full dining with a restaurant menu daily and two specials at lunch and two specials at dinner all of which are changing every day but if you still aren't finding what you like or would like to modify something Chef JIM is always happy to try and meet our needs if possible…. My favorite…our own Chef JIM lets me know when chocolate cake is!!! To head up the dining room staff, depending on the day or time, we are always welcomed, by both Pedro, and Liz, complemented by our kitchen and service staff! Really all I have to say is Atria Chandler is, it is just really a great place to live and feel like you're all family with residence and staff. I am very happy here!

Moving here is better than I could have imagined. All tenants are welcoming and helpful. I make a point to sit with strangers, and instantly I have new acquaintances. We laugh every day. I don't miss grocery shopping, cooking and doing dishes. Additionally, the staff is all so kind. They accept and help everyone without hesitation. And to top off everything, the food is delicious!

I'm a local handyman retired but still enjoy helping our seniors. I moved my father into Atria Chandler Villas in January 2023 after he lived with me for the previous two years. We were concerned there would be push back from my father, but after meeting with Katie in their sales office, he was actually excited for the move. In fact, I had to keep him from putting a deposit down before we were ready to move him in. They made the transition very easy for dad and he is loving the socialization and food. He still has a large portion of his independence but I also know that people are looking out for him in a way I couldn't when I would be gone for work. Atria Chandler Villas is a 5 star community. The events are relevant, interesting, fun and touch every part of life that makes life meaningful. The management team is present and responsive, the food is really good and the apartments and villas are spacious, lovely and include a patio, balcony and storage. I toured Atria with my mom and was impressed with so many things. Starting with Katie, the sales director who gave us the tour...she was genuinely interested in what was best for my mom and it wasn't just about securing another "sale". She was beyond patient with all of our questions and was prompt with follow-up. We were introduced during the tour to many current residents who we found very down-to-earth and eager to meet us. The community had a more youthful feel to it than others we had been to and they were very competitively priced for our budget. I also liked their apartment style community, it feels spacious and open with many green areas to enjoy in the nice weather. We also ate lunch there and found the food to be very good and the chef introduced himself and was very accommodating to our needs. As many of my friends' parents age, I always feel comfortable recommending that they check out Atria when looking for a place that's welcoming, caring, affordable and in a great location.

Mother in law lives here. Staff is constantly changing. Costs rise every January. She started out at $1999 5 years ago now at about $3300 for a one bedroom. Independent living with 3 meals provided. Activities, some transportation, laundry room and pool available. I'm very happy that she has a nice place to live since her hobby besides reading is complaining.

I moved in Aug 31, 2020. Everyone is friendly and appears to care how you feel. I really enjoy not having to cook! The food is good and plentiful. It is delivered to my apt. except when it is my turn in the dining room. I am definitely not hungry! The laundry room is clean and easy to use. The staff is very helpful and friendly also. I am extremely happy to be here and I feel safe-secure. I met my neighbors on my first day! It is so nice to talk to an adult who understands me! There are many activities on hold right now because of COVID-19, but things are opening up soon! Games like Bingo, cards, dominoes, scrabble, etc will be available soon. Exercise classes and swimming later! Check it out! I know you will be happy here!

Atria is such a unique and amazing senior living experience. There is nothing like it in the entire valley. Has an open condo style where the residents have a front and back door that opens up to the outside. This, among the extremely active population and activities are what truly embodies the independent lifestyle. I am the owner of Assisted Living Locators, and placed my Grandmother here and she was beyond happy for 3.5 years. I would absolutely recommend this wonderful community.

My mother is 94 years old and she’s stayed here in Chandler and enjoyed everything about it. What sold me on this place was the menu and the service in the restaurant and if you don’t like what’s on the specials you can order a steak, fish and chips, a hotdog, among other things. . This is what sold me right away as I’ve been managing restaurants for years. I found all of the staff to be very friendly the transportation people were wonderful the cleaning crew at their job and they were sweet and wonderful everybody was happy there. I’ve been to other places that can’t even compare to this place. I recommend this place for your elderly loved one and it’s a great place for A lot of sunshine and blue skies.

My 91 year old father decded he needed to live in a Senior Living facility. After assessing his wants and his needs with the help of "A Place for Mom, " we began looking at different communiities. We ended up visiting nine different facilities. We walked in cold, without an appointment to see what the places were like. We felt approach gave us a greater sense of each place. Jim, the chef, gave us our tour at Atrai . He was very enthusiastic as he told us all about Atria. The residents we met all said hello. There was a significant number of men present as we toured and that contrasted greatly with the other places we had visited. Later we scheduled an appointment and Susan was wonderful giving us a formal tour and patiently answering all of our questions. The grounds are well kept and the apartment style living with outdoor patios makes it easeir for residents to visit with each other. The grounds are well maintained. Atria has it's own shuttle carts to tranpsort residents anywhere in the 8 acre complex. The food is great with a daily menu as well as a large a la carte selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It feels like home. Most importantly dad is happy.

My dad had been there less than a month when he suffered a health crisis and all the people at Atria have been so kind and helpful, more than I could ever expect.
