Polaris does its best to foster happiness and a sense of well-being among seniors residents. Conveniently located in Cheyenne, we are close to hospitals and physicians. Residents have plenty of entertainment options nearby as well. There is also something to do for our members looking for something new to do.
We help our senior residents not only with their daily routines, but to thrive physically, mentally, and socially within our community. It saddens me to have to write this review. People are blinded about how their family members are treated at Polaris. There is not care and love, only heads in bed. Its about making money. Please be careful here. They use their own staff to write positive reviews AND leadership. Dont be fooled. Leadership doesn't care about staff, only when they keep their heads down and mouth shut on the unbelievable mistreatment of resident, staff, and lets not talk about illegal things. There are safe and better locations in town. Don't be blinded by false marketing and promises.

I am here visiting and neither woman in this room is happy here. They are understaffed, patients are left with unfinished bedding changes and mid bath while staff says “they’ll be right back🤔😞 Their experience in the rehab has been the exact opposite of you stated offerings😳🤬 Come on Polaris - live up to your hype!!

Polaris Rehabilitation is an amazing community with such a wonderful atmosphere! I am always so happy when I visit here! Everyone is so kind and attentive and the residents are always engaged in events that are filled with love and laughter. It warms my heart to see all the smiles. Highly recommend Polaris!!

Wow, this place is beautiful! It's not easy sending your loved one to a home, short term or long term, but the staff here is friendly and upbeat, and the building is beautiful! Designed and set with so many great resources (rehabilitation in physical, occupational and speech, recreational activities, beautiful outdoor areas, piano, computer, etc.) this really is a wonderful option. Highly recommend.

My mom stayed here for her short term rehabilitative after surgery. The staff is always willing to help. Many of the nurses are above average amazing and caring.Pam is one of them(she needs a raise!!!) They try to incorporate lots of activities as well. Also Eric the administrator is on point and goes above and beyond. Thank you for caring for us in a difficult time!

As a Cheyenne Native, I have seen the transformation this building has been through. Also as a past employee of the old owners, I can say that all the changes have made this place a wonderful place for your loved ones! The staff care and the therapy team is top notch! If you want somewhere safe where people truly care for your loved one, this is the place for you

Very clean facility, no odors when walking down the hall, friendly staff and always eager to help. Residents have two options for dining halls and facility has several options for outdoor activities, music, recreational and exercise activities. Relaxing music during lunch meals and residents seem to just enjoy each other's company while putting puzzles together or visiting at open areas. It is a teaching facility and cognitive specially trained staff seem to always be engaged in learning and interacting with residents. I would definitely recommend this facility to those needing a place for loved ones whether it is short or long term.

Effective Changes have been made for the residents of this home. Great survey results, great team with a clean look and smell throughout the facility. The team takes great pride in caring for the residents with a great atmosphere and culture of teamwork and caring. The residents are always looking to make new friends and welcome new faces. I will miss walking the halls and speaking with the terrific residents I consider friends.

So first off I want to say I've been a resident of Cheyenne my whole life and I have known the building before it became Polaris and was devastated that my family member was moved over there but once I got over there I could see all the changes the staff were very nice they're very informative they care about their residents things are clean it's a complete 180 from things that I've known from being a long time resident of cheyenne. With that said the rooms are a little older and could use some remodeling but other than that it's been a very nice experience dealing with the Polaris in my family member I would recommend this place. The staff are very friendly willing to help and come up with problem solving and keep you informed. They make sure that the rooms are clean and if somebody doesn't get along for some reason with their roommate or something just doesn't match they are willing to move things around their meals are great my mom would not eat anything over at another rehab center and she says the meals are the best she's had over at Polaris once again like I said as of right now I've had nothing but positive experiences with the place and I would recommend this for somebody else's family member now that it has new ownership. You can see the pride in the staff and in the way places taken care of and on the residences faces.

The staff at Polaris takes great care of my family member. They are extremely attentive and supportive of myself and of them. They are making so many amazing changes to the facility. If you have left a bad review on this website recently, you obviously have not spent enough time there to get know the staff and to notice the amazing internal updates the they are making to their community. Thank you to the staff for making such a difficult transition for my family member and myself such a great experience. I will be forever grateful for your caring and compassionate ways.

NEW TEAM AND NEW OWNERSHIP!!!!!!!! Polaris is a true work in action that showcases hard work mixed with dedication. The Polaris Team seeks to achieve outstanding results daily. I can attest that In the past eleven months, I have watched the internal nursing, therapy, dietary, and activities team change right before my eyes. The Director of Nursing (Corina) is dedicated to facilitating optimum/premium care for any residents that choose to reside with Polaris and she strictly streamlines who will reside with the "NEW POLARIS TEAM" to ensure the needs are not just met by the staff but, are provided the best care for the resident. The past is just that with this Polaris Team "THE PAST" STOP IN AND WITNESS THE NEW TEAM DYNAMIC AND DEDICATION THAT EACH MEMBER IS PROVIDING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I been working in these place serving residents a fresh meal every day for the past 2 years and a half. I never taught resident could be so thankful and lovable, little did I know i will learned to make american food and enjoy it as i do. Polaris has been a good place to learn and grow.

Polaris has been under new ownership since May 2021; and I think they have made huge strides. Are they perfect no, but they care and love what they do! Nursing wage increases; great incentives and looking forward to move growth in the next few months. Keep up the hard work!
