Our mom and stepdad moved to Primrose a year ago. What an amazing place!! Our parents always tell us that moving to Primrose was the best decision they’ve ever made. They absolutely love the social opportunities they have available to them. It’s almost as though they’re in college. There are always activities in the building. Happy hour with music is a definite hit!! So are the group trips to various restaurants in town. The staff is genuine and kind. It’s obvious that they love their jobs. It is such a relief to see our parents safe and happy. What a gift primrose has been to our entire family. We can’t thank them enough.

We had a wonderful visit to Primrose this week with a friend of ours who is exploring living options in Casper. Lorna, a Primrose Ambassador, hosted us for a delicious lunch of salmon and Brussels sprouts with apple pie for dessert. The dining room was buzzing with conversation and warm connections, and the staff were energetic, helpful, and real. Lorna then took us on a tour. I loved the handsome pool table, the views of Casper Mountain, the chapel and movie room with comfy seats, and the exercise areas. Primrose rocks. If you are looking for retirement living in Casper, the city where my wife and I met 41 years ago, be sure to include this well-run, loving community!

Stephanie Walton gave us a tour of Primrose Retirement facility in Casper, WY, and was altogether professional, fully informed, able to answer all of our questions. She pointed out advantages of living in senior quarters. We could comfortably talk openly with her about finances and about our hesitancy to commit to living in a senior community. Stephanie was forthright but not pressuring. Primrose community is attractive in many ways, and we are still chewing on the idea of living there sometime in the future.

I have lived at Primrose of Casper for almost one year. One of the things I like about Primrose is the people. I have met so many interesting nice wonderful people. The first day I was here, I went down for one of the meals, and I was sitting alone at a table, and someone came up to me and said could I join you and I said sure. Well, it turned out to be Karen. Karen has been here for many many years. She knows just about everyone except the new person who just walked in the door! Karen made me feel comfortable. We talked for over an hour and shared family experiences. Another thing I like about it is that there is change. I like change. I like best right now change what the chef is doing. He is experimenting with things and giving people delicious options like potstickers! I haven’t had those in so long and they were so good!

Hubby and I are on a wait list to get into Primrose. We have been to many activities already and are very impressed with the ambiance and quality of Primrose. The staff, especially Stephanie, are friendly snd helpful.

Primrose has an amazing staff and residents. I witness little miracles everyday by the staff greeting a resident and getting a cup of coffee. The nursing staff is kind and compassionate with residents. The cooking staff make delicious meals for the residents. The administrators, housekeeping, maintenance and activities are also incredible. The resident are always first at Primrose.

Primrose has been my home for 2 years and when I need to talk to someone, there is always somewhere there. Rob, Stephanie, Melinda, Talia...the whole staff is just remarkable. I like all of the different activities and amenities like the exercise room that is accessaboe to me at all times. I am pleased as punch!

A loved one of mine lived at Primrose Retirement Community in Independent Living and she absolutely LOVED it! She had a gorgeous two-bedroom apartment, where she got to display all of her family photos and her beloved leopard print decor! She loved the group bus outings (her favorites being to Hobby Lobby and Walmart) and she loved going to all of the activities and events with all of the many friends she made! If you are considering senior living for your loved one, you will love Primrose too!

Primrose is a great place to live. Accommodations are great and the staff is competent and friendly. People living here are mostly very friendly. Activities are well organized and fun. The food continues to get better and the kitchen staff works hard to make it very good. If you’re looking for a nice place to live and relax this is it!

The community is well kept and absolutely beautiful. There's a patio/garden area that is just so peaceful and quaint, and you can see Casper mountain close by in the distance. Not to mention, the staff is always there to greet you by name with a smile and a warm welcome, and the person centered care is top notch. There's a reason there's a waiting list to get into this community, if you have been considering senior living for yourself or a loved one, I couldn't recommend Primrose of Casper more!

Primrose is different than any other Retirement Community I have seen. All of the staff go above and beyond for the residents; the person-centered care is truly exceptional. Primrose is warm, welcoming and fun. They always have so many engaging activities and events going on! The residents seem so happy and right at home, no wonder they say “this is living!”

Primrose is a beautiful and very clean facility. The staff work seamlessly together as well as with the residents in order to meet the needs of each resident. The residents have the security of knowing there is a staff member available anytime of day or night to help them. Primrose is a very tight knit family that truly care and look out for each other.

Well, after my Mom got better from stress of being a caregiver for my late father, it was time to remove her from a local assisted living facility to a Independent Living one. I did my homework and tours, then after talking to different professionals and meeting the wonderful staff at Primrose we decided THIS was the place for Mom. As great as they were and how impeccably clean, neat and well laid Primrose was, we had no idea how Wonderful the experience was going to be! My Mom is elated with joy now! She thanks me daily for making the move. She loves the staff, the food and especially all the activities! She keeps herself busy with so many fun things they have scheduled daily! She just raves about how friendly everyone is and it's like a big family she says! This also makes me happy to know she is so happy. Our only regret is that Dad didn't get to enjoy this with her! I may also add that the grounds are very well groomed and that the pricing here is far less than expected! You owe it to your folks to check out Primrose..we are so glad we did!

The residents truly are one of a kind and the support they lend to each other is like nothing I have seen before. They create an environment everyone would want to be part of.

Pretty awesome community ’• Great staff, and great residents. Its very inclusive with activities and really cares for each residents. The CNAs here really make a difference, and work so well with all the staff to make the residents experience as pleasant as possible. If an error occurs it is quick to be addressed and concerns are addressed very quickly.
