I just got a call from a sobbing resident there! You better get rid of that [name removed] and the lady that is just back from surgery! I have watched them yell at people, shove people, yank around people and make people cry. Unless you are ready to be sued you better do something now! This is such an awful place. The day we moved our loved one in 2 people warned us as they were leaving their loved ones. Dont come here it's an awful place and these residents are abused! Everyone looks sad in that place and now we know why!!

Just visited my Aunt and Cousin this week-end who both live there. Very nice rooms, large with private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Very clean. Very nice staff. I was impressed and very happy that they both are in such a nice environment where I know they are safe and well looked after.

My grandmother was one of the very first residents at the Waterford, when it was know as Pine Ridge. The staff has always been very friendly, calling us whenever there was an issue or if she needed anything that they were not able to provide her. The Staff goes out of their way to make sure that my grandmother stays in contact with her family even during Covid. I recently received a phone call from my grandmother wishing me a happy birthday, I know it was one of the staff that prompted her to call me and it truly made my day. I would recommend the Waterford to anyone who wants a well loved home for their family member.
