I can’t say enough good things about this memory care facility. From the moment you walk in, you notice how clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the environment is. It truly feels like a place where residents are respected and cared for with dignity. The staff goes above and beyond to provide compassionate, attentive care. As a community partner and hospice provider, I cant say enough good things about Our House! The management is always knowledgeable about the residents, responsive to their needs and reach out about concerns promptly. The facility is clean, smells lovely and has multiple areas for residents to gather and socialize. Their activities director has something engaging and fun going on daily too! I recently placed my dad, who has early onset dementia, into memory care at Our House. From the first time we toured to moving in, the process was so smooth! Angela (the director) was so kind and personable and really worked with us to ensure a smooth transition for my dad. You could tell she genuinely cares about her position and the residents, it did not feel stuffy or like a business. Every interaction with staff has been kind and respectful. I’m glad we found our house!

I just placed my father at Our House - Whitewater and am VERY impressed in how the staff and Angela (Director) takes care of the residents. Before placing my father, I asked workers and residents if they liked it there and everyone said that they love it there. The care they show the residents is OUTSTANDING! Always planning activities, staff involved with the residents, and the care/love they show the residents is amazing! My dad says, "They know my name, the food is great, and everyone is so nice here"! There you have it - direct from my father's mouth! HIGHLY recommend!

I visit this facility often and when I come staff are very kind and welcoming. The care staff are often seen interacting with the residents and doing activities as a whole. I have never been in a facility and seen a staff training that also included residents. One day I came in and there was a dementia training, staff was able to do things that showed how hard it was to physically do things if you have dementia. Not only do the staff provide care, you can tell they actually care about what they do. The admin is also amazing!! COMMUNICATION is huge in the healthcare field and I never miss a beat when it comes to staff communication and I can’t stress how thankful I am for that.

They really have something special here . My mother in law lived here for several years before passing away in July. The staff not only cared for her but they cared about her. We never worried that she was being left alone or that her needs were not being met. We spent a lot of time there and know that the staff take so much care and attention into making sure their residents have an enjoyable life. Despite not having many friends or family left when she passed, she was surrounded by so much love from the staff that all rushed over near midnight to say goodbye. There really are not words to express my gratitude.

Angela and her staff went the extra mile for my dad to get him in to Our House. They all were welcoming and kind and made my dad feel at home. The facilities were clean and decorated for fall and homelike, residents were out and doing activities and smiling. Walking in felt like home. I think my dad is going to like being here. Angela’s building is well taken care of and you can see that she loves and cares about what she does and her residents that live there. There are activities scheduled every month and residents like to attend outings in the community. I am so glad my dad gets to be somewhere where he will be well taken care of and I look forward to being apart of the Our House Family. They are knowledgeable and experienced in Memory care and help the residents stay connected to the community. Thank you Angela, Cassandra, Tish and all the staff at Our House for making a difference with the people you take care of and they’re families.

I came from Arizona to visit my mom. She has been here for a little over a month now. She is doing great! The facility is clean, food is delicious and nutritious and the staff is amazing. Memory care can be challenging and the staff is very caring and provide the care she needs. It has really been great to be here and see her at her new home.

Overall clean caring with consistent staff. Management stays up-to-date with health issues and concerns allowing for members of the community to have a safe and loving atmosphere. staff are compassionate with members of the community making sure that all cares and needs are being provided. This is a small Community and is always well staffed making one feel reassured that family and friends are being provided the best care possible. All meals are made from scratch and allow for healthy tasty meals to be provided. Staff are adequately trained so as not to feel uncomfortable when providing cares to members.

They have a fantastic facility and an amazing team working to help provide a safe, nurturing, and secure home environment for Our House residents. They made the tour friendly and fun. They were able to relay so much information that I am extremely thankful. I'm hoping that my father is accepted for placement at Our House. My husband and I feel very blessed to have this wonderful place for our Mom to call home. The atmosphere is homey and warm, the place is very clean and well maintained, and from what we have experienced the staff are all very caring and professional. Some Assisted Living facilities are larger and tend to feel like a hospital, but this one is small and we know that our Mom and all of the residents get a lot of personal attention. (and spoiling!) They treat each resident just like family, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing that they are there in all the moments that we cannot be. I highly recommend Our House to any family needing assisted living for their loved ones.

My sister was a short term resident at Our House Whitewater facility. From the time we walked into my sister new home, the staff was warm and welcoming. They made sure all the residents came in to meet her. Each caregiver had made a personal connection with my sister. We had assistance from Agrace, assisting with my sister care. Both the staff of our house and Agrace worked very well together to provide my sister with the best care possible to the end of her life. I can honestly say we had experience two other Assisted Living facilities and the care was poor. Our family always found comfort when we would speak to my sister and she would share that she loved her home, and considered the staff her friends. Thank you

I've jumped through every one of their hoops, just to get the we apologize we dont know what happened nonsense. It has been over 90 days since work has been completed and still no check. What else gets overlooked? Makes you think dont it?
