Angela has continued to go above and beyond for my Grandmother and has played a crucial role in transitioning her into the assisted living facility; providing immediate attentive and empathetic service for my Grandmother. Moved a family member in today.. we looked at several places prior to this, and knew when we walked in, this was going to be the place! Clean, friendly staff, quick responses to calls and emails, a lot of activities and beautiful sitting area outside. We haven’t tried the food yet, but lunch looked great! We did have some yummy ice cream! Manager was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Staff has made our dad feel right at home. This is never an easy decision but we feel like we made the RIGHT one by going to Our House Senior Living! Thanks to all the staff that made today easier!

Overall clean caring with consistent staff. Management stays up-to-date with health issues and concerns allowing for members of the community to have a safe and loving atmosphere. staff are compassionate with members of the community making sure that all cares and needs are being provided. This is a small Community and is always well staffed making one feel reassured that family and friends are being provided the best care possible. All meals are made from scratch and allow for healthy tasty meals to be provided. Staff are adequately trained so as not to feel uncomfortable when providing cares to members.

My experience with Our House senior living is more than supportive and loving home for residents. Very hands on with care giving and family members of the residents they care for. I would 100% advocate for my family member or a friends family member to be apart of the community if care was needed

I just moved my mom into Our House after having her live with my husband and I for 6 years. It was one of the hardest decisions, however, the staff and administration were so caring, understanding and helpful. They made it so much easier! We have had a great experience with Our House. It was definitely difficult to decide to place mom and move her from home. The move was definitely made easier with the Angela. She has been so supportive, caring, and understanding with helping my dad and I with the entire process. Her and her staff have made us feel confident in our decision to help call Our House a new home for mom.

I took my husband Steve to have a tour at Our House and it was wonderful! The staff were incredibly kind and the Director Angela was very helpful, and understanding to our needs. The property was very clean, well cared for, very homey with appealing and comfy furnishings. The residents rooms are ample for a persons needs and furnished nicely. Steve and I are looking forward for Steve to make Our House his next home.

My husband and I feel very blessed to have this wonderful place for our Mom to call home. The atmosphere is homey and warm, the place is very clean and well maintained, and from what we have experienced the staff are all very caring and professional. Some Assisted Living facilities are larger and tend to feel like a hospital, but this one is small and we know that our Mom and all of the residents get a lot of personal attention. (and spoiling!) They treat each resident just like family, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing that they are there in all the moments that we cannot be. I highly recommend Our House to any family needing assisted living for their loved ones.

My sister was a short term resident at Our House Whitewater facility. From the time we walked into my sister new home, the staff was warm and welcoming. They made sure all the residents came in to meet her. Each caregiver had made a personal connection with my sister. We had assistance from Agrace, assisting with my sister care. Both the staff of our house and Agrace worked very well together to provide my sister with the best care possible to the end of her life. I can honestly say we had experience two other Assisted Living facilities and the care was poor. Our family always found comfort when we would speak to my sister and she would share that she loved her home, and considered the staff her friends. Thank you

Contractors beware, If you work for our house senior living it will be some time before compensation arrives. Ive jumped through every one of their hoops, just to get the we apologize we dont know what happened nonsense. It has been over 90 days since work has been completed and still no check. What else gets overlooked? Makes you think dont it?

The best nursing facility that I have ever been to. The facility was very nice and clean, all of the employees were so friendly and genuine. The Residents were all smiles and looked like they were having fun. If you are looking around, call Emily or Donna they are very knowledgeable!!

I have been very happy with this service. I liked that staff that was able to get me a caretaker for the needs for my mom. The care taken did not mind coming far for the assistance that we needed.The care taken was needed only at night. We liked that she willing to help with medication.I would recommend this service and the caretakers for help at home for a loved one.
