Our House Assisted Living has been an absolutely wonderful place for my mother for over 18 months and counting. The staff; from management, nurses or aids all treat my mom with love and care. She is fed home cooked meals and snacks. She gets the love, attention and care along with extra patience from the staff, when she has bad days. When I arrive for visits they update me as to how my mom has been doing and if they have any concerns. Our family has been pleased and appreciates the love and excellent care our mom receives at Our House Assisted Living. They make our mom feel at home. We are thankful for how the staff goes above and beyond to care for their residents.

Our House Assisted living has a great friendly staff, that are so helpful! The work these girls do is amazing, and there’s so much room for growth! The facility is clean, and they always serve fresh homemade foods!

Ive been working at Our House for almost a year now and no complaints thus far. Management is wonderful and very easy to work with. It brings me joy helping each and everyone one of our residents and giving them the best care possible. Our House has a great team and I wouldnt hesitate to have my family in there care!

My mother lives here and has for the last year. The care is amazing. The staff cares and loves their residents. With covid they took great care and helped us all stay connected. We are all very happy with this home and all the workers.

I have worked here for almost 3 years and enjoy my job. I enjoy spending time with the residents and make sure it feels like home for all of them. Work is fast paced and always trying to make each day better then the next.

I have been working here at the assisted loving facility for 3 months and am enjoying every minute of it!!! The residents are sweet, awesome and delightful. My training was thorough and I felt comfortable with in a few days. Management is very kind and this has been a great experience getting started at Our House Assisted Living!!

Overall I have been happy with the care Tony receives. The staff seems to be very dedicated. However, the bathroom is frequently desperately in need of being cleaned.

I am very happy with the staff that take care of Dad. He is content as he can be in lue of being at home. The staff are very friendly and when I call to talk to Dad they are excited to get the phone to him. He eats well and that was a big thing for him, he loves to eat! I appreciate all they do for him.

Our House Senior Living just feels like home. Seeing the smiles on the residents faces while playing games or chatting with each other makes you smile. Our House provides very good care to its residents. Their manager Jenny works diligently to see there is staffing to cover the needs of the people there while facing the challenges most businesses have right now with turnover of people. The atmosphere is warm with its decor and a quiet environment for those living there. I am grateful they focus on cleanliness! In some facilities, that is not the case; where odors hit you upon arrival. They seem to have a variety of foods they serve, along with desserts that my mom enjoys with her sweet tooth. Hoping to see more residents in the future come that would like to socialize while being in a safe place amongst their peers!

Our House Senior Living could use more activities. The comment that dad and I have is it seems like there is an endless array of a lack of communication. It is a big adjustment going from a home to a facility where there is a third player involved. It gets frustrating getting things done that have to always be approved. I think their meals are on time. They are meeting what the state standard is but the diet could be more tuned to memory care residents. I am seeing more breads and sugar than I would like to. I mentioned to them that moms doctor recommended a Mediterranean diet and they hadn't even heard of that. I will say that they are willing to try but I am not sure if it will happen. Overall I am pleased with the choice we made because it is like a home environment. It just makes for a more friendly homey experience.

This lively, friendly family-style facility is perfect for my Mom at this stage of her life. No more sitting alone in her room being bored. Always something going on with time for a nap in front of the fireplace.

I'm very happy with them, it's great for my mother. I haven't noticed anything here that would cause me to pause, so to speak. The staff is very helpful, my mother can't stop raving about the care people there and before she had always complained. It's very good, in fact, the person I talk to all the time at Our House, I had a question regarding the point system they used and she called me, I asked her a couple of questions and she answered them all. She does a really good job connecting with me. They have a "grandparents day" on September 8th, unfortunately I can't go but they BBQ and all the families come out, it should be great. She's in the memory care unit and the problem is that it's a physical thing with her, although she's beginning to experience the beginning stages of dementia and Our House has an asissted lviing building right next to memory care and what they suggested was to bring her over to the assisted living for other activites they had so she can experience them too. I could not be happier

Met with staff, very good impression. Full Hospice. No skilled nursing (on call), but provided transportation. Private bath, but shared shower. Furnished nicely if needed. Liked room layout and spacious common living area. Good vibes, more "animation" in tenants. Very friendly. Easy access from HWY 51.
