Not too much information; besides came here for a work event… and the set up inside the homes are beautiful. They are nice and a welcoming community.

My mother has lived here for the past 3-4 years. She moved from Fort Atkinson WI, where she had a big house and an even bigger yard, which required a lot of maintenance. She is very happy at Westshire Village, and when I visit, the buildings and the grounds always seem to be very well-maintained. She has made a lot of friends. I would say that her social life is busier than it has ever been in my memory. She has lots of positive interactions with many of the residents. She has an adequate amount of space, although I think her kitchen is very tiny. Her apartment has lots of sunny windows and she has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. She has laundry in her unit. She has heated underground parking. She is reasonably close to 2 daughters and a stepdaughter, as well as a grandson and step-granddaughter, who all visit occasionally, whenever they can fit into her busy schedule. The place was very affordable. She has the ability to do quite a bit of first class, international travel. All in all, I'd love to live in a place like this, when the time is right for me. If I could find it in my hometown of Chicago, I'd apply now!

An old fashion, extended stay, resort like community where youre more likely to meet your neighbors. It has a 1,100 feet of a gulf beach frontage on the south side and a docking marina for smaller size boats on its back side channel; all at the foot of Holiday Isle. It has a broad variety of views that includes gulf side, dock side or pool side. Amusement parks, restaurants, and boat rentals are available nearby.
