I have been a resident of Waunakee Manor since November of 2021 and have enjoyed my new home. I love everything about the Manor from the caring staff to the amazing food, I can't recommend this place enough. It truly feels like home!

Five stars for excellent customer service! I am having to look for a skilled nursing facility for my aging Mother, which is a very stressful journey. In my inquiries to facilities in the area, Waunakee Manor had the most prompt, most informative and most professional response of them all. I received an email within 24 hours of my inquiry which included brochures, a calendar of resident events, room options AND pricing (typically I can't get pricing information until I physically visit the facility, so this was extra convenient). In addition, the enrollment person was copied, in case I wanted to schedule a facility tour (very efficient and a great "no pressure" method). Thank you Waunakee Manor for your excellent communication! It really makes a big difference in this journey through parent care.

I love the staff at Waunakee Manor. They seem to really care about my Dad. He is a new resident and they have helped him fit right in. At 96, thats not been easy for him, but he regularly tells me they are taking good care of him. During COVID it has been difficult to not be in person with him, but the staff at Waunakee Manor are so kind, and truly care about him. The social workers have arranged calls, window visits and out door socially distanced visits to keep us connected. I cant say enough positive about their PT department. They have done miracles with my Dad. My Dads nurse is a gem as well.
