We can not express how much we appreciated the support through Waunakee- Madison Right at Home- Anna, Nancy, Dawn etc. The staff is beyond professional. They advocate for their clients, they are extremely flexible when needs arise and most of all, they are so kind and caring. Its obvious they know how to handle various behaviors and do so with compassion. Their personal touch was so appreciated, the long conversations with a listening ear was extremely supportive to our family during times of stress. He just had surgery and had cognitive issues after the surgery that cleared up in time, but not for a good 4-6 weeks. RAH worked through that with us. Anna and Nancy are very effective managers and excellent communicators, and I adamantly believe if there was a communication problem with anyone at RAH there had to have been a mistake. We always knew what was going on and there were times the managers and owner were hands on with my father. I highly recommended Right At Home to care for your loved one.

Initially the owner, Anna, and manager, Nancy, met with mom and me. They helped to assess moms needs and together we developed a care plan. After visiting with two other possible organizations and checking with others regarding their care experiences, it was an easy decision to sign with Right at Home. The staff assigned were sensitive to my moms needs and worked to maintain her comfort and health. If anyone had questions or concerns, it was answered or addressed immediately! It was a great team! Moms request to remain in her home became reality because we hired Right at Home and I had the confidence in the people and their services.

I would highly recommend Right at Home for care needs. The owner is hands on making sure you have everything you need. They made sure the caregiver would be a good fit for my father. She took him out for long walks or just sat outside on nice days. Besides taking care of dad she did light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, etc...Dad received showers 3x a week, she did some strengthening exercises and most of all companionship. She took him out to social activities and helped when we went to the doctor. She took care of my dad as if he was her own. During his past few weeks with us they were their for us. My dad was always treated with dignity and respect and I felt comfortable knowing he was in good hand when I went to work. Would hire again.

Working for Right at Home since starting school in Human Services has been not only very flexible for my schedule, but an eye-opening experience as I am ushering myself into this kind of work sector. The managerial staff is helpful, encouraging, and pay special attention to the clients companionship needs as well as quality of life beyond the medical. Theirs is a special kind of care, that until working for them, Id never witnessed in a caregiving agency-co. before.
