The staff seems intent on providing attentive personal care. They show a personal interest in our father and the care that he needs. The facility seems very well-kept and attractive. It has a very nice central courtyard that he enjoys. The food options appeal to him as well. They also offer lots of programs and optional activities.

This facility is conveniently located and was very clean. I have two friends who are here and both seem to appreciate facility very much.

On June 25,2024 a cousin and I went to Waterford Senior Living to visit a friend. The building and grounds are immaculate. They even have screened porches for people to sit in so they don't have to worry about mosquitos. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Instead of just pointing the direction of our friends room ,they took us to her room. Thanks to the staff for making Waterford Senior Living a nice place to live for our family and friends. I have a loved one in the facility, and he has not been there very long. During this time, there has been no care plan made, very little washing and actual care for him by the staff, and getting a hold of anyone has been a huge pain in the butt. When visiting over the last few weeks, I have noted that he has been wearing the same dirty clothing (they’re dirty in the same exact spots and his clean clothing has not been moved from their spots), and that he has not been showered. Seeing this lack of daily care makes me question what else aren’t they doing for him?

My Mother has been with WSL since Aug.2020 - first in Assisted Living and now in Memory Care. Both areas have been a true blessing for us. The care she receives is more than I could ever provide. The staff is very attentive to her needs and keeps me well informed of any thing going on. In addition they have helped me through the transition. They freely answer questions. Zoom sessions twice a week have been set up. Just an amazing place!

My tour at Waterford Senior living was extremely nice the facility is very clean the staff is very helpful and caring and connect well with all the patients. The facility offers a lot of amenities to treat the residents with high level of care and understanding. Their memory care unit was very secure. Their overall prices for care are very competitive with other Senior Care facilities within the Wisconsin area and I had a very good experience that allowed me to feel very good about being there.
