Willowbrook Place is devoted to expanding the enjoyment of our aging residents. We also giving them access to the best care and services possible. We are a private, peaceful property located in Thiensville. Residents appreciate the short distance to local attractions, activities, and events. Thiensville Also has sufficient medical resources for seniors who have additional health needs.
We help our senior residents not only with their daily routines, but to thrive physically, mentally, and socially within our community. My folks lived here for about four years. It was a positive experience. The facilities are good; the housekeeping was a big help. Mom got more food than she wanted and the food was good (well, once in awhile they'd have new staff being trained but it was basically fine). There are two-bedroom apartments, which is nice if you want them. On the whole we were happy with Willowbrook Place.

Willowbrook has been the kindest transition from independent living to assisted living that my parents really needed. Thiensville is such a charming village with so many things available within walking distance. My parents have lived here almost a year and they love the beautiful gardening and pond. The friendly staff and neighbors are so thoughtful. The apartments are spacious and well laid out with decks or patios. The heated garage is a blessing in the Winter. The activities are literally the best around the Wisconsin! Everyone looks out for each other. There is just the right amount of privacy along with community to make Willowbrook Place a Home!

We have lived at WP for over three years. We have been happy and peaceful. The staff is caring and doing all possible to make life pleasant . The neighborhood atmosphere is special with families and children all around us, and the park is only a couple blocks away. We especially like the overall size of WP which is not huge. We are very happy we chose WP.

I am living at Willowbrook Place for five and a half years. I moved here because it was so homey and to be around people. I also was allowed to bring my Shih Tzus with me and they are so much company for me and other people in the building.I have made many friends and we have a good time here.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a special Thank You to Ryan Nettesheim for his warm and generous greeting we received when we brought my mother over on her 1st day at Willowbrook. The residents were also very kind and just about each of them had a Hello with a smile - this was very nice to see for my family and especially my mom, Muriel Going. Thank you again for making this transition smooth for my mom. I personally have a good feeling about the staff and residents that my mother will feel right at home at Willowbrook.

I am a current employee of Willowbrook Place. Anyone reading this review might think I am biased because I work here, but that is not the case. As a nurse with lots of experience, I can honestly say this is a great place to work. The staff here are so caring and thoughtful, and always willing to go out of their way for someone. The activities department (Kelsey) is awesome, our residents always have something to do. Even my 11 year old daughter enjoys coming here and spending time with the residents. The residents here are so welcoming and happy, and I couldnt ask for a better place to work!

My parents moved to Willowbrook Place from Florida in August 2017. Although the sale of their home and the move back to WI was physically and emotionally stressful for them, we have never regretted the move to Willowbrook. Before their move, my husband and I visited numerous senior communities in the area. "A Place For Mom" was very helpful and told me that I would sense when a community felt right for mom and dad. Following our tour, My husband and I knew right away that Willowbrook would be a perfect home for our parents. Willowbrook is in the center of the village of Thiensville, with a park and pharmacy within a block, and banking and salon services available on site. Local businesses "look out" for their senior customers , which is so reassuring for us. The staff at Willowbrook go out of their way to treat mom and dad as they would their own family members, with caring and respect. The size of Willowbrook is "just right" also- not so large that mom and dad would feel overwhelmed. It feels homey. They know their neighbors and their neighbors are very friendly and caring and watch out for one another. Mom, dad, and Otis ( their spoiled cockapoo) are very happy at Willowbrook. We wish we had made the move sooner. Mom says she feels like she lives in the Taj Mahal and has never lived so well! Mary Van Kammen-Mequon

Our mom thrived at Willowbrook Place, she received the very best care and support there. The community is a very loving and comfortable home, with delicious food and many opportunities to engage in activities. The staff is the best, so carrying and compassionate. We always felt mom was safe, happy, and healthy in Willowbrooks care. Willowbrook is a five-star Assisted Living community and we highly recommend it.

My wife and I looked over independent and assisted living facilities for a period of at least six months all over south eastern Wisconsin. When we found our apartment in Willowbrook it was very special. The apartment has two good sized bedrooms, nice living room, and two large bathrooms. This community is rated much better in our minds compared to other communities that is five times the price. The staff at Willowbrook are very helpful and do everything they can to make you feel at home. The staff provides you with three fine meals a day and we enjoy those also. All and all, I can say that it's not living in your own home, but it's the next best thing!
