My mom was a resident at New Perspective until her recent passing. Most of her time living here was positive. Like most businesses New Perspective struggles with staffing, but they do the best they can. The staff is great and I would recommend it for your loved ones to live here. Hats off to staff member Jimmy. He is truly a special person!

As a retired geriatric Nurse I feel fortunate to have found placement at New Perspective’s for A family member. She has been living there since July 2019. Our family is happy with the passionate care she has been given. The staff are committed, loyal and caring. For my sister in-law she feels safe and at home. As a family we are grateful to all the dedicated workers from house keeping, dietary, activities, physical therapy, nursing and care staff and management! Thank you for all you do.

My dad spent his last days there. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate his needs. They were also very compassionate and caring and my dad was very happy there. He considered it home. It’s been a couple years since he’s been there but I still think about how grateful we were and this is an overdue 5 star review.

I really am fond of living here. I enjoy living here. Did not know what to expect, living here. But it has been great. Every one is so friendly. Like the food. Changing menus all the time so that is good. Dont eat same thing all the time. Great activities. Im very pleased with what has happened here.

I've been very happy since moving here seven months ago. The staff is friendly and helpful. While management struggles with typical issues trying to hire and maintain above average staff, they do appear committed to providing excellent service with a smile. I'd highly recommend New Perspective Sun Prairie to anyone looking for a supportive home.

I moved here to be by family. Retired and come and go as I want. When packages are delivered they are accepted by the Concierge (8a-8p) & then I am notified. Packages are locked up until I can pick them up "No porch pirating". After hours, coming into a locked facility through a heated garage. If something arises they have caregivers around 24-7. I feel very secure here.

We are very pleased with New Perspective. When we had a family emergency the staff stepped in to help. I had emergency surgery and the staff helped in keeping Norma safe which was my main concern. The staff is very pleasant and helpful when we need it
