Very Poor, Rude People! My Grandma was there and the people were rude and they couldnt keep employees. One resident fell, pushed the emergency button, and no one went to help. They just kept doing the dishes. If you care about your family member, do NOT put them in there.

Caring
My sister has been at Northside Elder State for three months. I like the place and the people. They take very good care of the residents there. Facilities are clean and they have nice staff, a lot better than others. My sister receives one on one care there and she's very content. She likes the food and she looks better now. I'll recommend this to anyone.
