Our apartment, hallways, elevator, laundry, indoor parking, and outside areas are well maintained. Work orders completed quicker than most, and residents very kind. It is walking distance to Fountain Park and Mead Library. Our 91 yr old mother loves to come over to sit on the balcony! We thank our friends mother (who lives in the other building) for her recommendation to live here. Ashley, our property manager, is one of a kind. She works diligently to ensure tenants are satisfied, as well as engaged.
