We were impressed by the art hanging on the walls of the hallway, making the place feel elegant and homey. The apartments were spacious, 500 sq. ft. more than others. Price might be higher but worth it. View from every floor of the Kenwood/Madisonville area is beautiful. We are definitely interested but forgot to ask about owning cats.

We had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well, and the experience was nice. The staff was kind, and friendly. The community appeared to be well maintained. Everything looked nice. This is a nice community.
