Working at our house senior living is fun. We have a great team and enjoy our residents to the fullest. I cant wait for better weather to get the residents outside and enjoy the sunshine and cook outs.

I love this company, they are so easy to work with and have great communication with management to staff. The directors have been so flexible and supportive of my hours and going to college and making it possible for me to do both full time without stress. I would highly recommend going there to get good experience with dementia friendly cares. They are so good at what they do an have taught me so much as a caregiver and student.

The Our House Senior Living Memory Care in Rice Lake is such a wonderful facility! I am honeslty blown away! The staff is very friendly and attentive to the residents and the building has a clean, warm feeling as soon as you walk in the door. Lauren, the Community Director, is very kind and professional. She gets things accomplished quickly and thoroughly with a great attitude and obvious love for her job andher residents. The new House Manager, Delana, is clearly a great addition to the team as both her and Lauren are respected and well liked by their staff. The residents always seem full of happiness and in high spirits. It warms your heart to see the staff care for the residents as if they were their own family. In my honest opinion, Our House Senior Living exceeds all the other Memory Care facilities in Rice Lake and I would absolutely trust them to care for my loved ones.

I am very impressed with Our House Senior Living Memory Care in Rice Lake. The building is clean and cared for and the residents seem happy and well cared for. The staff is great and you can tell by their exceptional care that they are passionate about what they do. I have been working with Our Rice Lake Assisted Living and Memory Care for approximately 4 years.Every time I am visiting they are very responsive and friendly. I watch how they work with the residents and families and it is truly inspirational. They have so many activities and are always having families and the residents involved in daily activities. Making them feel welcome and loved. Even during the Covid times they are doing everything they can to help achieve the goals for the families and the residents. Their staff is incredible. You would be pleased.

I dont know how anyone cant give this facility anything other than five stars. Within the past year I have been in and out of this facility many times and I have seen nothing but dedication, love and care provided to the residences from the Director, care providers and the kitchen staff. The food they serve looks and smells amazing and according to the couple of residents I specifically asked...its some of the best food theyve eaten in their lives so thats saying something considering everyone there has been around a block or two. If you are unable to provide the quality care your senior needs at home and you are looking for a facility that provides love, care, dedication and quality of life (and possibly end of life care) then I would highly recommend taking them to Our House Memory Care in Rice Lake. Keep up the awesome cares!!!
