Thank you to BrightStar and their team of professionals. My mom broke her ankle in 2 spots, and is in a rehab center. We hired BrightStar to stay with my mom 3 x's a week. Ruby whom is her care giver is the greatest! She is kind and patient with her. Mom has dementia and isn't always easy to please. She makes my mom laugh and that's important. Thank you to Evan and his staff that has helped us during this hard time. They pointed us in the direction of different financial programs available that we would have never known about. I can't say enough good things about my home health nurse - Julie Callahan. She visits once a month to give me injections and is always conscientious, pleasant and caring. I was nervous to get injections at first, but she administers them in a relatively painless fashion. Her up beat attitude brightens what otherwise would of just been a medical procedure, into a friendly visit, that I look forward to every month.

Kaia (Racine location) went above & beyond and handled an issue with oxygen equipment on her shift. She made the necessary calls so that the issue was corrected in a timely matter.Definitely offers our family peace of mind knowing she is professional and caring.

My Mom has Carrie to help her with medications and daily hiegene. My Mom has blood cancer and Dementia. My Dad has a hard time with her mood swings. But since Carrie has been taking care of my Mom, her medication, showers, and one on one care has been great! Carrie has the experience and knowledge, I was looking for in a professional care giver! Her kindness and compassion dealing with my Mom has been great! And I would highly recommend her!
