I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Melanie and her team at Prime Horizon. I live out of state and was unable to give my parents the support they needed. I am so grateful to have been referred to Melanie, for I would have been lost without her. The daily care that was provided to my mom and dad from September 2020 through March 2021 was nothing short of outstanding. The communication with Prime Horizons was so appreciated -- Doctor appointments were facilitated, daily visits to keep my moms spirits up for months (and to make sure she was safe and had everything she needed-wanted) and daily updates were available through the Prime Horizon communication portal. The only reason Prime Horizon is no longer supporting my family is because dad passed away and my mom relocated to warmer weather. My mom was sad to say goodbye to Melanie and her caregivers -- 5 stars from both of us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

There are wonderful and compassionate people at Prime Horizon. The care my Mom is receiving has been outstanding. The Administrators have been there for every question I have. I could not go through the caring of my parents without their help! I highly recommend them for any help you may need when caring for elderly or disabled family members.
