The Residence at Oshkosh offers a complete package of senior living and care services. Our residents are independent seniors who need a little help sometimes. Very happy with how my mom is being treated. She says she is treated very well and that is what I also see. RN Lisa is very helpful and follows up promptly with requests. Caregivers show personal interest in helping the residents. Glad we chose The Residence for mom.

The Waterford is a great place, the staff are wonderful. The girls really took time to get to know my mom and she felt like a queen which In turn made us feel comforted that we made the right decision. The rooms are beautiful and are large, a lot of space and what made mom happiest was she didnt have to share a room. Thank you to the staff for making my moms experience truly wonderful,

My father lived here and I had to write this to share such a wonderful place, the caregivers are really great, they went above and beyond to make my father feel welcomed. The care they provided was more than we couldve asked for - they truly cared for both my father and our family. Im so glad we were referred there and my father had a wonderful place to call home. They took the worrying away and we could just enjoy our last year with dad! Thank you Waterford!

I have known the staff at the Waterford for many years as my grandmother lives there. Yes there has been some problems with staff but I think they have replaced all the problem ones. I do see the staff that are writing the bad reviews are also the ones that were let go to improve the facility. They do have a new manager and I have seen all the positive changes first hand. They have really turned that place around since the beginning of the year- Im excited to see what the year brings-My grandmother is very active and the new staff they have have been marvelous with her!! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their loved ones taken care of with 1st class caregiver and a manager who actually cares!! We all love it there! I think its terrible former employees are so angry that they say such hateful things about a place that is so wonderful- its not wonder they dont work there anymore- i wouldnt want them taking care of my loved ones Keep up the great work

You know The Waterford is a great place when you walk through the front doors and see happy residents and happy staff! Not something everyone can say about a facility, but WOW -totally impressed by the true caring staff! The atmosphere is like one big happy family- the staff were engaging with the residents and truly seemed to care for them. All the activity was great to see! Very positive experience- Way to go caregivers!

Both my mother and our neighbor live here and I cant say enough wonderful things about the Waterford. The staff are caring and really take the time to help my mother get to activities and participate- this is something we wish she had more of but she enjoys it daily! She tells us the good is great and Carmen does a great job! Desserts are her favorite! The room is large and my mother has enough room to store some of her belongings! (Maybe too much!) the building is beautiful inside and out- great new staff that really want to be there which helps us know we made the right decision! Couldnt be happier!
