My family has had an incredibly positive experience with the Oak Creek facility at Elizabeth Residence. My mom lived there for three and a half years before she passed, having moved in at the very beginning of COVID. Despite such a difficult time, the staff did an amazing job helping her adjust and feel comfortable. Two years ago, after a stay in the ICU, my dad also became a resident. We’ve experienced the same level of exceptional care with him. The staff truly treat him like family, and over time, they’ve become an extension of ours. While it wasn’t easy to reach a point where our parents needed more care than we could provide, Elizabeth Residence“Oak Creek has made that transition as smooth and reassuring as possible. They have truly checked every box in providing the best possible environment and care for my dad.

My Dad has been living there for about 6 months, and has been very well cared for! The staff has been great. There are a lot of friendly people working there that honestly care about him and his well being. Beside the great food that is served- they also offer a lot of activities so the residents have a lot of opportunities to socialize, and have something fun to do!

I am a physical therapist who has been working with the geriatric for over 20 of my 30 professional years. I have seen multiple clients at Elizabeth Residence in Oak Creek. Dana (administrator) and Amy (nurse) are absolutely fabulous humans with hearts of gold. Unlike administrators at many other buildings, you will often see them out with residents, engaging with them and assisting them with whatever their needs are; sometimes hosting a resident in their office to help the person stay engaged and feel calm in a quieter environment; hugging them, joking with them, taking them to the bathroom - doesn't matter - whatever their need is they will meet it. This impresses me a lot, because unfortunately, this is not what you see at most buildings from administrative staff. So kudos to you, Amy and Dana!

My sister has been at Elizabeth Residence in Oak Creek for almost 6 years. She arrived during the beginning of COVID. We were so worried about the timing but her care dictated she be there. We are BEYOND thrilled at the care our sister has always received. Staff turnover is low. Dana has been the manager there and has been for the entire time my sister has been there and before. The staff truly know and love my sister and all residents. The activities offered as routine are very grounding for the residents. Residents are encouraged to socialize and partake in all the events to discourage isolation. My sister describes the food as gourmet. It's made fresh daily in the kitchen you can see off the dining room. She and the facility are always clean. The family parties given twice a year are so fun for the residents and families. The outdoor area is beautiful and residents are encouraged to be outside with family or staff in nice weather. We are so thankful to the staff for providing a safe and caring environment for our sister.

I am a social worker who has had the privilege of working with Elizabeth Residence Oak Creek for many years. I have placed numerous clients in their facility over the years and I can honestly say that they are my facility of choice. The administrator, Dana and nurse, Amy are the absolute best! Their leadership and the excellent care that they provide to residents also shows in the quality of caregivers they are able to maintain. The staff is stable and the care is consistently very good. I always feel at peace when I place a client at this facility because I know they will get great care and be treated as family. It is not just a job for these people, they truly care about the people in their facility and treat them like one of their own loved ones. Keep up the great work Elizabeth Residence Oak Creek staff! My sister has been a resident here for the last six years. She loves it. Particularly the "gourmet" food and all the fun activities. Dana is the Administrator who cares for each and every resident. They keep rhe facility clean and neat at all times. Every year they have a wonderful Christmas party for all the families of the residents. In the summer they have a huge picnic outside. I highly recommend this memory care facility! The staff here is wonderful and everyone truly cares about each resident. The facility is clean and each room is kept clean as well. They treat the residents with kindness and ensure their needs are met, but in addition to that, they go above and beyond by knowing each resident personally. I can be at peace with my mom in their care because I trust that they are giving her the best care! There are always activities going on during the week, which they encourage all residents to attend. Sometimes they even take them on bus trips to different places to get them out and about. They include the families of the residents in special occasions including a summer picnic and Christmas party which is always so nice as it gives families a way to connect. I can't say enough about how thankful I am for this facility and all of the staff here!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!! Mom LOVES the staff, facility, new friends, environment and meals! Daily activities include art (her favorite), memory challenges, spa relaxation, religion, music, etc, etc The staff is friendly and treats each resident with the dignity they each deserve! The cooking staff makes everything using home recipes ” mom has no complaints. And the pampering hair cuts and immaculate cleaning. Thank you to everyone at Elizabeth Residence. They give mom the proper care and attention. We now can spend quality time with mom!!!

I am so thrilled to have a family member being cared for by Elizabeth Residence Oak Creek. The nursing care is beyond basic care. I have so much adoration for the nurse, Amy Elizabeths’ priority is highly rated care and kind and respectful relationships for their residents. The daily food is healthy and great tasting. Cleanliness is also another of their priorities. Events at Elizsbeth are always available. Religious services are also available. The summer picnic and Christmas celebration are amazing. God bless Elizabeth Residence always.

My Mom has been here for a little over four years now! We absolutely love it here, and even more important, is my Mom loves it here. The staff has been amazing! They are very compassionate and caring! We are very grateful for a facility as wonderful as this one. They do fun projects with the residents all the time. It is always very clean too! I highly recommend this facility in Oak Creek, WI!

My experience with Elizabeth residence Oak Creek has been absolutely amazing. The facility is beautiful, the staff is caring and attentive. I have been working with this facility for over two years and have nothing but good things to say. The communication between staff with families and medical professionals is excellent, they do a great job coordinating the complexity of elderly care, annd they always have fun activities and enrichment programs happening. Amy, RN, Dana, Bonnie, Rusty, and all the staff members truly care about the well-being of the residents in their care, And they treat them as if they were family. 10/10 would recommend!!

The entire staff at Elizabeth Residence took exceptional care of my Dad for over 2 years. Dana, Amy, Bonnie, Sheila, Louise and the rest of the team made us feel like family. Dunia, Dawn and the Badger hospice team were also very enjoyable. He was a very picky eater and loved the food too! These are very special folks, don’t hesitate to have them look after your loved one.
