Avery from the sales team has been very responsive to my questions and all of the staff I interacted with seemed very friendly. I have toured a few facilities and I can tell the residents are actually happy here.

My mom has been at this facility for 3 years now, first in Assisted Living, and most recently in Memory Care. Throughout this time, we have gotten to know most of the staff. There were some initial changeovers of staff, but for the last year or 2, it's been pretty steady. Megan Wilson, the Director of Housing, is a true gem. It's key to have someone very competent and caring in this position, and she's it! She really knows my mom, as well as all the residents, personally. Their likes, dislikes, idiosyncrasies, etc. She's their friend, as well as their family. The Activities Director … Ruth. Amazing woman, very kind, with great ideas. Elaine as well. Brenda … thank you for making a standard meal list for my picky mom … she's eating heartily and enjoying her food! Jon, the R.N. … so capable, so responsive, seems to know EVERY resident and their medical needs! Families are welcomed when we visit … caretakers are so helpful and accommodating … thank you to Erika for her special attention and friendship with my mom! So glad we made the decision to make Oak Park mom's home!

The Oak Creek campus is an amazing facility , and a beautiful campus , During the ever changing times and needs of the residents , The staff continues to remain professional and passionate, and provide the best care. I suggest if you are looking for assisted living, and or Memory Care , that you take a tour of the Oak Creek Community and meet the staff and the management team, they are the best in the business, especially their Chef 🙂

Outstanding Senior community ! Great place to live top end amenities and A+ staff I have always had a great experience when I have performed my show here. The Oak Park Place, Oak Creek staff was patient, knowledgeable and understanding while planning my fathers transition to Memory Care living. They listened to the needs of all the members of my family. They were flexible and willing to work with me to make the transition smooth while also planning and discussing the Memory Care plan and program that my dad might need, including some innovative planning. There is no doubt that is was because of Trace, Rebecca and Vie that I was able to mentally and emotionally handle this journey. Thank you Oak Park Place Staff!
