A beautiful Seniors living apartment residence. My elderly friend moved in a while ago and gave the grand tour to my brother and myself. Their is an underground parking garage, clean and well lit. The first floor has multiple entrances ~ so your always close to your apartment where ever it is located. Some areas allow for small dogs, others allow for cats. Elevators or stairs whichever is your capabilities to get between the 4 levels; P (parking), 1, 2 & 3. There is a hair salon "A Cut Above", a small gym, a pool/billards room, a library, a large kitchen for reserved use in the Grand Room, a guest suite for your visitors and many little sitting areas. My friends apt has an efficient & large kitchen, dining area, 2 full baths, a large den/2nd bedroom, a formal livingroom, a comfortable reading livingroom, laundry closet area, very large bedroom with private bathroom and gorgeous views from her 1st floor patio. Both livingrooms have a fireplace to warm the bones on chilly fall/winter/spring days or nights. She sees deer, raccoons, possums, ducks, birds, squirrels, chipmunks and hummingbirds out her patio doors.

Beautiful place with so many upgraded services and the residents are so very friendly as well as the management and maintenance team that are very helpful. Have a friend living there and she is veru pleased finding her home there.

Very nice place and lots of meaningful activities for the elderly. Also had a nice parking garage for residents and a spot where people donate unwanted items which is nice for the elderly as well!

A resident of one year. Beautiful apartment in a beautiful, quiet location. Residents very friendly and the staff is super. Many activities for active seniors. Public areas are elegant and comfortable.
