My mom is in rehab at Tudor Oaks. She is treated well and likes it there. I had a tour of the memory care. Very nice.

The staff and facility is top notch. Very very clean establishment with staff so friendly they make you feel like family. Very attentive to residents in all ways possible. When family members visit they are treated and greeted with smiles and hellos by all. Weekend visits are no different than weekday visits. Five star!!

The food was great especially the coffee. Housekeeping was good. Staff was helpful. However communication between staff and patient was lacking. Staff did not introduce themselves most of the time. The white board in the room was not always updated on a daily basis. Once the staff works on communication things would be great. PT, OT and ST was wonderful.

Tudor oaks was definitely more than I expected.everyone was very pleasant and Met my needs of Therapy in all areas. The Nurses were extremely pleasant and kept me Supplied me with fresh water and any other thing I requested also the food was very good And tasty

I chose to go toTudor Oaks for sub acute rehab. The staff was excellent, kind and caring. The amenities are top notch and the food is fantastic. The only problem was they changed the company the contract therapy with. I went from having individual PT and OT one hour a day with each to one hour of group therapy total every other day. With group therapy I only worked with the therapist for a few minutes while they cycled through the other patients during the hour. This is a very nice place to stay but if you need therapy to work towards being released home this may not be your best choice.

Our friend moved here- he’s in Memory Care- this place has everything. Staff are genuinely kind, helpful, friendly and caring. He’s very happy with the friendly staff the food at 3 meals a day. They have a pianist who did Xmas carols- bingo - church services- happy hour Friday - the non memory care area has a pool and exercise rooms with all equipment- patio and party areas with grills outside and so much more. Fantastic place to live.

We are relatively new residence at Tudor Oaks, having moved here last September. But we absolutely love our experience at this place! The staff are absolutely wonderful and everyone is very friendly and kind to us newbies 🙂 the food has been excellent, and the entertainment that comes monthly -well, what can I say? Very entertaining 🙂 I must admit my favorite thing ever is the pool and spa And the water aerobics classes that are held there. In Wisconsin weather, an indoor pool is a wonderful thing. From beginning to end, it’s been a great experience being here(Much of it due to Jane Goessl and marketing, Who goes over and above her duties to make everyone comfortable and safe.) Can’t imagine anywhere I’d rather be!
