When it became apparent that our loved one needed a special place to move to, our family is so pleased that we chose to move him to Birchrock. He is getting the best care possible from management on through the caring staff. Everyone is always willing to keep us updated and ready to answer any questions that might come up. I would highly recommend to anyone to consider Birchrock when it comes time to place your loved one.

They took such good care of my mom. Small and quaint and clean, it offered everything she needed. From the tour to moving her in was seamless.

My mother was in Birchrock in 2020, unfortunately her condition needed more care but the woman who i talked to and discussed further matters told me straight out your mother health "sucks" yes, she said the word "sucks "straight to my face. you can imagine I was taken back by this kind language she used to describe my beloved mother. I should have written a letter to the top. I can't remember her name, but she knows who she is. Susan Valdes
