My apartment is exactly what I was looking for, it's quiet. Just wish it had central air conditioning instead of window units and more handicapped parking. Cassie and Gordon are very friendly and helpful.

Great place for my bf's dad. LOTS of activities like Bingo, cards, movie nights, seminars, shopping trips etc. Nicely kept grounds and indoor community rooms.

I moved into The Landmark a year ago and couldn't be any happier! Our manager, Kassie, is the most wonderful manager she genuinely cares about us!! I highly recommend The Landmark for any senior looking for their forever home.

I helped a friend move into this community, and every person I came across was friendly and courteous. The grounds were well maintained, and the interior looked very nice and welcoming.

New owners as of October 2022. Don't shovel snow on a timely basis. Maintenance person only comes once a week for 127 units. 2 bedroom apartments rent increased by $197 a month. Most units have not been updated in 22 years. Apartments with one A/C unit does not cool off apartment.
