Staff are caring for my mother-in-law. Checked on her multiple times while I was there and didn’t know I was there. The food is very good - they cater to the tastes of the residents. My mother-in-law has a beautiful room Plenty of parking on both sides of the building. Like everywhere they could use more staff and have turnover because they need to pay more and have more staff.

We are so happy that we found Heritage Middleton for my dad. The staff and facility were awesome. When searching for a facility we wanted some place clean, safe, an a place that would take care of our father. Heritage Middleton filled all of our needs. We want thank the nurses and staff for everything. They were awesome. A special thanks to Christal Hasz for everything you did to make my dads stay a pleasant experience. Thanks Murray family

My mom loves it here. She has made forever friends and the staff will sit and chat with her when they have time. My mom really enjoys that. She finally feels at home at an Assisted Living facility after terrible experiences at 2 other facilities. It really puts my family at ease that she feels welcomed, nurtured and loved.

The facility was large, beautiful and well-kept. Residents and staff all seemed happy and engaged us in conversation. We were there at lunch time so there was a lot of activity going on. The memory care area seemed large - I don't recall the number of residents. There was an odd smell only in this area and I'm not sure what it was - lunch, cleaning supplies or urine?

My mother was in the Assisted Living for 2`years, she enjoyed living there. She had fun with the Activities and made many friends who miss her. She passed away at St Mary's on 7/24/2016. She loved the RA's who helped her with her medications. One RA in particular who would come in singing; it made mom's day. When you walk into Heritage, it looks like a comfortable ski lodge especially in the winter with the warm inviting fireplace beckoning you to get some hot chocolate and curl by the fire with a good book!!!

Very impressed with Heritage Senior Living (Middleton) A very dear friend (more like a Grandma actually) moved in about a year ago and I have visited the facility on multiple occasions......I have always found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and caring. The building is Beautiful inside and her apt is very spacious and "homey" In the many conversations I have had with "Grandma" she has always raved about how wonderful Heritage is and also talks about how GREAT the food is. She was reluctant to leave her home and go there, but now that she has she is quite HAPPY and she LOVES it there!!!!! It is very refreshing to go visit her and see how happy and pleased she is to be there ?? If and when It comes time for my Mother to be placed in a facility Heritage Senior living (and it maybe more sooner than later.) Heritage Senior Living will be my first choice!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this facility and trust them completely with the care of "Grandma" or anyone else close to me!!!
