Our mom has been at Bell Tower for several years now and is very well cared for. Any time there is a concern, the nurse emails or calls us. Thank you to all the staff....especially those on 3rd floor!

Staff is always uplifting and in a positive state of mind, as well as very helpful for any issue that may come up, i have no complaints thus far about the staff. The only complaint i could give is that rice seems to be on the menu a bit too often

My parents have been residents for a few years here and the customer service and personal attention provided to residents and also to me, and my family, has been top notch. They look out for residents living needs but also actually provide personal attention you don't find at most places these days with staffing shortages, budget shortages and stringent government policies changing constantly. They find a way to do it, and have gone the extra mile for my folks and also for our family, many of which are hours away on a daily basis. Thank you for doing your best to understand everyone's challenges and helping preserve residents' dignity with how you go about your processes.
