Maintenance wad very prompt an I really appreciate that. The shower door was reinstalled after I cleaned the mold out but the caulk was done only on the outside. I went to Menards to buy caulk to do on the inside and bought the wrong thing and had to go back to get the correct product. I'm not sure which maintenance person came but he told my husband it wasn't necessary to to do the inside. We finished the job ourselves but it took a lot of extra time. I work also and didn't appreciate having to come home and have to finish the job.

My request for maintenance service was promptly resolved within the hour of calling it in. Both men were friendly and competent. My only concern is that they should wear shoe covers before entering my home. I did not like that they wore their work shoes into my carpeted stairs and bedroom.

Maintenance was called to remove laundry room doors so that we could install washer and dryer. The space was very tight and are dryer door could not be opened unless we put the dryer on an angle, That's all the problem, but Would be nicer if laundry laundry area has a little more room. The Maintenance staff was very nice and very accommodating.

Comfortable and Safe environment with an excellent location near healthcare, shopping, and restaurants. Nice size apartments located on gorgeous landscaped grounds with walking paths to offer exercise or walk with your neighbors. Nice guest suite, on site, to rent for visiting guests. Awesome staff …. Office, Management, and Maintenance all go above and beyond. Caring Ambassador in each building for informational help and support as needed. Activities offered in each building, as well as in the main building for all residents. Easy to gain new friends within the complex.

We have enjoyed the Wildwood Highlands for over five years now. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well taken care of. The staff Responses in a timely manner without hesitation addressing our concerns and needs. The "human" element is so nice in his day and age. I have lived here for seven+ years and love it. The people in our bldg are friendly and care about each other. I believe it comes from our wonderful and caring manager, Leslie and her assistant Ruthie plus the office staff. The maintenance staff are also wonderful they keep everything going and working well. All are friendly, courteous and care about the job they are doing for us.

The increase in rent is obscene. 3.2 cost of living adjustment and 8% increase in rent???!!! What's wrong with this picture. Most of these people are on a fixed income. Including myself. This building is over 20 years old. Financial increase each of the last two years is ridiculous. I like living here but if you wanna drive people away because of financial increase, you're doing a hell of a good job of it.

While I don't live at this location, I live at their sister community Highlands at Aero Park, I did hold a memorial service for husband here. Everyone was incredibly helpful in getting my daughters and me oriented to the location and what was available for our use. We were even told we could call if we needed help with cleaning up. And I was just there again for a monthly social event and was told by the ambassador that Aero Park people were welcome anytime.
