There are so many choices when searching for a home for your loved ones it can be overwhelming. But upon my first visit to Riverview Village, I felt the caring and kindness from the staff and the administration. It was an easy choice for my loved one. Since day one I have continued to be impressed by their sincere attention not only to my family and other residents but also the attention to daily activities, dining and cleanliness. Riverview Village provides a true home experience, and really cares about their residents. I couldn’t be happier and grateful for making the choice easy in a difficult time.

I don't often rate or leave reviews, but I felt compelled to give some input after seeing the fun and entertainment provided by Karla in activities. She's great with the residents and their family members and visitors. The cleanliness of the facility is to be commended. I had some reservations at first, but no longer. As for the staff, they all seemed helpful, caring and kind. Brea and Diamond are amazing, I trust in their care. Highly recommend.

When choosing a place for your loved one to live, this community has it all. It’s beautiful, clean, warm and inviting and the management and staff are top notch. I would highly recommend Riverview Village.

Highly don’t recommend anyone to work here or ever send your loved ones there to live. If you care about and love your family don’t ever send them there. They treat their employees poorly and overwork them. The workers let call lights go off for long periods of time. They yelled at me for doing laundry and helping clean a residents room and said that it was “out of my job description “ to do such a thing since I was an administrative assistant. They don’t care about the residents they care about money.

I knew I had found a hidden jewel in Menomonee Falls when I entered Riverview Village Senior Living. The beautiful atmosphere is warm and inviting and the camaraderie among residents is amazing. The staff is hard working and loving, they keep things energized with their sense of humor and silliness. The food is exceptional and there are many fun things to keep your loved one busy. This is a must see!

I toured and visited Riverview as my sisters mother in law is here as well. She complemented the team that works there and commented on how the food is so good. In fact, pre Covid, my sister said that when she came to visit, her mother in law was too busy to talk to her with all the activities going on. Very home like environment with lots of fun outdoor activities centered around families

Riverview has a lovely family environment, where residents are able to feel at home. The dietary department is especially considerate of resident desires. The activities director, Connie is a hit with all residents! There is never a shortage of fun things to do, tasty things to eat and lovely staff to care for this beautiful group of people at Riverview Senior Living Community.

Ive toured several times at different times of day and everyone there seems very content and happy. Its a clean environment, the rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly.

I thought this place was assisted living. But the tour guide showed us very nice 1 bedroom apts. He also was very informative. There is an agency in the building that provides extra services like medication management which would be very helpful. My concern is that I don't think my dad could walk the distance to the dining room. But I really liked the place and the people living there. They really seem to care about the people that live there.

This is a nice community with wonderful and caring staff members. The community is clean and maintained and that is nice to see. They offer outstanding meals that she is liking the healthy choices. The have a lot of great activities and they have an onsite hair dresser that is available to take care of personal needs. We would recommend this community to other families for the wonderful care at a great value.
