We had the opportunity to tour Oak Park today with our Mom Matt made us feel so welcomed and at ease during the entire process The interaction with staff and residents was very impressionable, they all had such positive words to share and Matt greeted every resident by their first names If you can’t be in your own home, this is a great option with so many amenities, care and socialization Our tour concluded and we stayed an additional 1.5 hrs to visit and engage with the events going on

We visited Oak Park Place to help entertain residents and their guests. What a great time we had. The facility is very nice, and the residents were so fun to interact with. Matt was great to work with. (I didn't get his last name or title, unfortunately) Matt introduced us, and stayed to chat with residents and their guests. He had a smile and a joke for everyone. It was obvious all the residents knew and liked him. When the time comes to sell my house, I'll definitely look at Oak Park Place first.

Hello, my mother just moved into Oak Park Place Menasha on March 5th, 2026. The facility is beautiful and the staff are really amazing. From the tour to see the available apartments, to getting all the paperwork and information signed and reviewed, Matt and the whole team made the whole experience easy and fluid during a totally stressful time for our family. I can't say enough good things about this facility. My Mother is very happy here. That's what did it for me, it wasn't about us the family, but her happiness and the care that she is receiving. My Parents moved in this wonderful living home the end of Sept 2025 and their life and our lives have all gotten better! I can’t say enough for the staff here! I have never seen such friendly staff that seems to love their jobs so much . Its almost scary! They all notice you when you arrive or when they meet you ,you really feel like you matter and so does your loved one. I have worked in health care all my life and am very impressed with the empathy the staff shows to the patients. We pay attention to detail, the things that make a difference . My parents may not be the easiest people to care for at times but our family knows we made right choice when we chose Oak Park Place for our parents. A big shout out out to Matt, Samantha, Eric, Heather, Jolene, Jen R, AJ, Shanice, and all the memory care nurses and kitchen staff and everyone else that I forgot that works at OPP. You all make such a difference in making this place the BEST for our loved ones and we can rest easy every day and night knowing our loved ones are receiving the best care . Our family recently had the difficult decision of moving loved ones from an independent lifestyle to a care facility more attentive to their increased needs. Although there were many places that could fulfill those needs, we feel that we made the right decision in choosing Oak Park Place in Menasha. It's the people at this place and their cheerful, positive attitudes that make it special. From our first meeting with Matt K, the Sales Director to follow-up meetings with Samantha F, the Director of Housing and with meeting Eric, the Maintenance Director, Stephanie, the Activities Assistant, A.J. and the entire nursing staff, everyone has shown an understanding to our expectations and they sincerely seem committed to providing the best possible care for our loved ones. Thank you Oak Park Place and keep up the good work! TWO MONTH UPDATE; We continue to feel fortunate to have found Oak Park Place. Our loved ones have flourished in their new environment and that's because of the attention and care that the entire staff provides for the residents. Not only those staff members that I mentioned above but also the care staff that they interact with daily including but not limited to Christian, Zoe, Madie, Jody and all the others. WOW! This community has a high energy that can be felt the moment you walk through the door. I was greeted by Matt within moments of walking in and the positive experience continued the entire time we were there moving in a new resident. Every staff member I encountered was professional and eager to assist with getting the resident settled and comfortable.

I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. Management goes above and beyond to ensure residents are treated well and get the best care possible in the area. I highly recommend this facility to anyone. Residents rooms are BEAUTIFUL and have an amazing view Also a HUGE shoutout to Christian for an amazing care and for being very professional. Mom felt very comfortable and really likes him. He explained every step he took which I was very impressed and how he communicated! My family and I are extremely happy.

We are movers and recently moved a couple into this facility. We go into a lot of assisted living spaces and this one stands out. It is clean and spacious with a lot of amenities for the residents. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. (especially Matt K) And some mover insight....They have motion sensors on the entrance doors, very nice. And there are 2 large elevators, also very nice. Good for moving and the fact that they have 2 shouldn't leave the residents without the use of an elevator if one were to have an issue. There are a lot of details that show they really care about the resident's experience.

The kitchen staff at Oak Park Place are absolutely wonderful! They don’t just cook meals”they put so much care into everything they make. The food is always fresh, tasty, and made with love. You can tell they really think about what the residents will enjoy, and they’re happy to make adjustments when someone has special preferences or needs. They’re always friendly and greet everyone with a smile, and I’ve seen them take the time to chat with residents and make mealtimes something to look forward to. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in both the food and the warm, welcoming atmosphere they create. Thank you to the kitchen crew for filling not just plates, but hearts!

This assisted living facility is beyond amazing. All the employees are friendly, kind, respectful, and tuned in to each person's needs. I have never seen so many happy employees in one place. We felt very comfortable here and my dad was so well cared for. The facility is clean and very beautiful. There are sitting rooms at the end of every hall that are mostly windows. It is nestled off the road in the woods which offers beautiful views of birds, deer and cute little bunnies. There is a marvelous walking trail around the property for the residents and their families to enjoy. The food is delicious. Seriously delicious! I am so happy we picked this wonderful place for my dad.

Our parents recently moved into Oak Park Place in Menasha and we have been highly satisfied. They are safe and have adjusted to their new home. That have many activities and also community and family based activities to participate with them and that has been very nice. We also were able to have two family parties onsite. A baby reveal party and my dad’s 90th birthday party. This is so nice and convenient having family and friends come and join easily with my parents for these events. My grandma has been happily living at Oak Park Place for a year now! The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, hardworking, and attentive to the residents and the family and friends that visit! The facility is very clean, homey, and inviting. The staff does an excellent job about maintaining the grounds and addressing any problems the residents may encounter. Oak Park Place also puts on outstanding events and programs for the residents, their families and friends, and for the Fox Valley community”like Trick or Treating for Halloween, Easter breakfast and an egg hunt, Italian dinners and Cinco De Mayo!! I would highly recommend Oak Park Place for anyone who needs a quality and caring environment for their loved ones.

I run Mission Karaoke and entertain the folks at Oak Park Place. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. After the shows we chat with the residents and the say they like it at Oak Park Place a lot. The Life Enrichment coordinator, Robin, does a great job with having fun activities for the residents to do. I do go into a lot of these older adult facilities. This is one of the top facilities in our area.

Oak Park Place took very wonderful care of my Mom and all of us. They don’t just serve their residents, they serve the families as well! Great medical team, a variety of activities, with a friendly and positive atmosphere. The staff always greeted us with a smile and kind conversation. They helped us through every transitional step from Assisted living, to Memory Care, and through Hospice Care. The medical portal made communications fast and easy, and we always knew what was happening with Mom’s care. Seeing parents through the later years and end of life is confusing and overwhelming. I have a very dear friend who currently resides at this establishment and she absolutely loves it there. She is well taken care of, food is always warm and delicious and the facility is well kept and clean. The staff there is always gracious and helpful. I highly recommend if you or someone you love is looking for a place to reside.

If you want your family here, great. Just don't book your tours with Tricia. She likes to lie to residents, their families, and her coworkers. I wouldn't book a room here until she's gone. She is the reason why some departments have such a high turnover rate and can't keep a good staff.

My Nana was under their care for the final months of her life. They did an incredible job. I would highly recommend them for any family going through this difficult process. The staff spoke to my Nana with respect and did not treat her like a patient, but like a friend. When my Nana was struggling to eat one staff member went out of her way to go to McDonalds and share a Big Mac with her. Her room was absolutely incredible. It was warm and homey. I am a wheelchair user and the entire facility was accessible which made it easy for me to visit. Thank you Oak Park for the time and the tremendous care you took of my Nana.

I have worked at Oak Park Place for a week and my experience has been very bad. I have heard many of the girls saying they are videotaping the residents. I left because the ones that hired me are the ones keeping up gossip and making fun of people. The place itself looks nice and clean but the staffers are horrible when it comes to caring for the residents. They sit at the nurse's station ordering food and gossiping about who they plan on firing without a cause or because they don't like the employee. I feel that the residents are neglected because it is the job of the caregivers to reposition the people that cannot see to themselves but in return, many residents have died due to neglect. The hiring team is bad because they will hire anybody because nobody wants to work there and then they leave after 3 days because the team is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place until they replace the whole staff.

I attended a presentation on "Soldiers Stories" by Tom Mulinix from the Salvation Army. It was well done and well hosted by Tricia, the events coordinator. Best of all we got donuts because it was National Donut Day! We also heard the story of a WWII "Donut Girl" from the Salvation Army.
