I have lived at Park Glen for 6 years and I love it! You are never bored living here. There is always lots of fun, games, cards, bingo, and much more to do here on a daily basis. Everyone is kind and respectful of each other. Stephanie in the office is always very helpful with anything you may need. I would highly recommend this place to be your new home.

I love living here. I love my spacious, convenient apartment and not having to pay for heated underground parking. I have had very few needs for maintenance service, but when I have, they are fulfilled quickly and professionally. The grounds are lovely; the neighbors are friendly and helpful, and there is a warm community and as much social interaction as I could want here. Stephanie, the manager, actually seems to be someone who enjoys her job! I am grateful to have found Park Glen Commons!

Park Glen Commons defines itself as an independent-living retirement community. Now, just what does that mean? I'd sold my house and was simply looking for an apartment. I was beginning to think I would never find what I was looking for; and then I found Park Glen. The building certainly is attractive as are many others. We live in a park-like setting with lots of green space that is home to many birds, squirrels, rabbits, and an occasional deer; in the summer, a pair of Sandhill cranes are frequent visitors. Beyond that, any resemblance to other apartments couldn't have been more wrong. The purpose of a community is not just to house people, but to bring them together. Park Glen does just that. I've lived here for five or six years and have no thoughts of living anywhere else. We are easily accessible, affordable and close to everything without being in the middle of it. In other words, we are one of Madison's best kept secrets. Activities are what bring people together; you name it, we've got it: jig saw puzzles, crafts, book clubs, card games, a variety of evening games, food pantry, Men's Group and Friday Breakfast, just to name a few. If all this sounds interesting to you, make an appointment to see our manager, Stephanie Goldschmidt. She would be delighted to talk with you, get you through the application process and lined up to join us. You'll be glad you did!

Absolutely love living here. The place is really a community. Lots of activities for people to choose from and get involved in. The apartment manager Stephanie is the greatest. And so is the resident maintenance man Richard. It's so nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment and underground parking. And my balcony is perfect for potted tomatoes .

I have lived here for 16 months now, sold my home and moved here for several reasons, one of which is the closeness to just about everything on the eastside. Truly the best move I ever made. So many new and interesting people, never a dull moment (unless you want to be alone) if not, you can get as involved and be busy as you want. I now have so many new forever friends. The other reasons are too numerous to name. Park Glen is a comfortable, stress free, friendly, clean, beautiful community to live in. We are a community caring for each other as we all go through our golden years. We laugh, play games, eat, drink, and have lots of social gatherings. Also, the staff here is the best you will ever encounter. Stephanie, office manager and Richard Cyr, maintenance are of a caliber that you will not find anywhere else. I LOVE IT HERE!

I highly recommend Park Glen Apartments, My wife and I are so happy living in this community. To list a few of the reasons 1) Staff is just wonderful and helpful both Stephanie and Richard are efficient, professional and they deliver impeccable Customer Service. 2) Underground Parking well maintained community areas and Apartments par excellence. 3) My fellow tenants who have become friends are just a wonderful group of people. 4)Loads of activities one can never be lonely in Park Glen there is always something to partake in or just sit by and watch. Once again I highly recommend Park Glen.

This is a great place for Seniors to live. Very well managed. Manager and maintenance are quick to respond to residents' need. Weekly activities are wonderful that create a warm and friendly environment. Five stars!

Jo and I have been in our shared apt now for 4 years and we love it here. I have been here now for 10 years and Jo for 18 years. In unit laundry and free underground parking are fabulous. Rich is the best maintenance man ever, we love him. Any problems are taken care of right away. Trash goes down the shoot. no hauling it outside to a dumpster. There are lots of activities. People are very friendly, and Stephanie is so fun and helpful. The grounds are kept beautifully. And the decorations inside are very nice. Lynn Abbott

Absolutely the most wonderful place for affordable senior living in Madison East! We have such an awesome office manager . Steffie truly cares for every resident in her care! Cinco de Mayo she comes up with an awesome themed party. Christmas is just the same. Then we the residents were in a huge supply of chicken so we hosted a cook out !!! Fabulous! We have an awesome array of games to offer cards, rummicube are top!!! Puzzle corner ! And our apts are designed so great!! My husband and I came from a single wide mobile and we have double the space we had before!!! I find these apts just great!!
