Great residence. My father loves it here. Loves the friends he has met and hos very roomy and comfortable apartment. It comes with a meal plan too. This was one of the best selling points for my father as he is by himself and is no cook by any stretch of the imagination. He is however a vegetarian and unfortunately they DO NOT provide vegetarian meal choices. Coventry Village provides healthy, delicious full entrees to choose from that would be respectable for any restaurant. In fact every single resident is offered 2 choices provided you are not vegetarian. Great place for your parents unless of course they have dietary restrictions and need to eat.

The memory care facility is very caring and kind. Patti Maye does an excellent job of making sure everyones needs are met in a loving manner.

My mother has been in memory care since January ... and if you asked her opinion, shed say everyone is so kind, the food is excellent, and her apartment is very nice (small kitchenette, TV areabedroom, private bath ... not the small hospital-like one room at other facilities we toured)! Patti does an outstanding job managing her incredible staff to provide capable and compassionate care in a clean and comfortable environment. Ill be missing several staff, but Id particularly like to recognize Debbie, Maricela, and Rovie. Special thanks to Mischelle who works tirelessly to engage all memory care residents in a wide variety of Montessori based programming and enrichment activities (guests are encouraged to participate!). Last but not least, having Nurse Dawn on staff gives my dad and me great peace of mind. It definitely takes a village of very special staff to serve the residents in memory care.

Coventry Village Courtyard Homes might well be named Covet Village Courtyard Homes. Why? Because we have a superhero -- our Environmental Services Director, Jim Herrling. Jims support is impeccable and implacable and that alone is worth the price of admission. The fact that Jims staff is also of the highest caliber and character raises the bar to a top-notch standard that is unmatched by any other facility I have seen -- and I have seen many!

Coventry Village is a top-notch facility compared to any of the other assisted living locations my family has toured in the greater Madison area. From Omars friendly smile as soon as we walked in the door, to spotless living conditions throughout the campus, I will rest assured knowing Great Aunt Edna is in loving hands.

I have lived here at Coventry Village independent living for the last two years. Our maintenance staff is outstanding. They also keep our landscaping beautiful. Helen is the go to person and always helpful. Zach is an asset to the community with his good cheer and helpfulness. He is deserving of his promotion. Annie in dining services is very efficient and helpful.

Coventry Village has been a great partner for the Madison Area Continuity of Care organization. They provide us a great meeting space with the equipment we need for presentations. The staff is very attentive to the needs of our group. Our meeting space is always clean with tables and chairs set up and a tasty continental breakfast is always waiting there for us to arrive! Our group has been meeting at Coventry Village for at least 7 years; I think well be there another 7 for sure! Thanks to everyone at Coventry Village fo making us feel so welcome.

Coventry Village is referred to as one of the best communities to live in Madison. The staff is friendly, the building is always clean, and the food is fantastic (though it helps having a professional chief preparing the meals!) Above all else though, its the people who call Coventry Village home that are the light of the community. When the staff enjoy what they do and the residents are happy and taken care of, it truly makes the world of a difference! Also, Eric makes setting up a tour super easy and is extremely accommodating! The administrator Mariah has also been there for years and is absolutely adored by the residents and staff. Such a great community to live in, its a hidden gem in the Madison area!

Coventry Village is an exceptional place, amazing, thoughtful and caring staff from top down. It shows as residents are always happy and engaged when I visit. Kudos to Jim Herrling who keeps the buildings and grounds in top shape. His knowledge and expertise is unmatched in this industry.

I currently am a resident at Coventry Village. I have lived here for 1 year. I have a dog named Dash. When I first visited Coventry Village 2 years ago they did not have a pet policy. As soon as i learned that the policy of no pets was uplifted - I reached out and became a resident here at Coventry Village. I have found the staff and residents to be very friendly and receptive. Dash has become a quote mascot.Mike (maintenance) Has established a bond with Dash. He goes above and beyond to giving Dash a treat every time he comes inside. Dash always receives a morning kisstreat from Mike.I have found that Coventry Village community to be exceptional in staff services, friendliness, programs and events. After having lived in other senior living communities I have experienced way more gratitude towards Coventry Village than i had experienced at the other communities.Also, I need to express appreciation for all the maintenance crew. They always do excellent work for all residents. Maintenance is always prompt to completing all request.

I moved in about six months ago. Jim and the maintenance staff have been very helpful. First with a speedy repair. My mailbox was missing a flag and a new one was in place the day after I put in a work request. They have done good work on the landscaping with geranium planting and fresh mulch. Thank you!

I am in my third year as chaplain at Coventry Village, offering programs, visits and occasional worship services to residents at Brookline, Sebring and the memory care unit with the assistance of clergy and volunteers from the community. Residents maintain their faith community affiliation, yet spiritual care is an important value for the Activity 360 staff. Their support is invaluable as we join in creating community here.Worship services include bi-monthly Word and Communion Services, a monthly ecumenical service and periodic memorial services for residents who have passed. Programs include Bible Study, Living through Change, World Religion, and Time with Chaplain Anne. There is also a weekly Hymn Sing in the memory care unit. The format follows the interests and requests of the residents, striving to further create community as we walk each other home.

These fine people cared for my wife during her last years with early onset Alzheimers disease. She was still in her 50s when she had to go into care. She had a fine time and I and my family were pleased with and grateful for the attention and compassion she enjoyed.BTW, I expect to move into an independent living apartment there this year - head and shoulders above other facilities I looked at.
