We have just started (few weeks ago) with Comfort Keepers for my brother's in home needs. They've been a Godsend for us. He has been able to have the same caregiver so far, which he likes. Loretta is kind, friendly, and works very well with my brother. She does a super job, is very thorough, efficient, and able to self direct for the household needs. Her assistance also helps free me up to address coordination of and transport to appointments, etc. and many other things as his care needs will continue to change. Judi (Health Care Coordinator) is always helpful and pleasant to work with. We are so appreciative for all they do for us. My brother said his quality of life has improved so much. Thank you Comfort Keepers for all you do to help those in need of it. I would definately recommend them!

Jordan is very helpful, kind and thoughtful. We are very grateful for all her help with so many things. She helps Merlyn with his shower and exercises. She helps me with many household chores. We are very pleased with this arrangement.

I have been working with Comfort Keepers for about 3 months now, and they have been very helpful and responsive to the changing needs that my mother needs. I am fortunate to have the same caregiver most of the time, and she is a very helpful, caring and compassionate person. I live 3 hours away from the La Crosse, WI area, and wouldn't be able to deal with all the situations with that distance. Very happy that I have the connection with Comfort Keepers, and they keep me informed with occasional calls for the caregiver.

Have had excellent success with my care givers. Management has ALWAYS worked with me to keep the caregiving team that I like most and work well with. Chuck and I have been using Comfort Keepers for seven years now. In the beginning, Linda came to help Chuck with his shower and other needs. Linda is like family to us. She always goes above and beyond what is necessary. As Chucks condition required more services and more days, we contacted Management and they sent Dennis to us. He is a good match for Chuck and were hoping he will continue, as it is working out very well. It is reassuring to know that as Chucks condition requires more care, that Comfort Keepers will meet our needs and more. We definitely give 5 stars!
