This place is in a death spiral. Half of their employees left last week, key ones. Director of Nursing, Associate Wellness Director, Business Manager, Associate Administrator, Activity Aide, all three shifts of caregivers, all three shifts of med aides. That has to be more than half of the staff. What would cause such mass resignations? How are the residents going to be safe and cared for? The State of Wisconsin needs to step in, since the owners appears to be indifferent as long as the money keeps rolling in.

Every elder care facility has a history. My 98 year old mother was living with us until a couple months ago. I looked at all the options. Beginning with admission director Martha, the attitude was professional and positive. I go visit my mother every day. She has made friends and is doing well at Parkside. The suites are refreshing. Family and friends are visiting on a regular basis. We are pleased with everyone there. Everyone has been pleasant and the food has been good which is an added plus.

My dad has been here now for just over a month.The staff at Parkside Manor has been wonderful and has gone to great lengths to make sure my dad gets the care he needs. And if something needs to be taken care of, they are doing their best to correct the situation. Especially in this unprecedented time. The family truly appreciates the care Parkside Manor is giving my dad. And as soon as this lockdown lifts, we look forward to seeing it firsthand and getting to know the caring caregivers at this facility.

My mother has resided here for almost two years and her needs are always met in a positive manner. The food is excellent. The chef even knows the residents by name. I believe the staff is kind and caring . The facility is well kept up.
