A family member has been in quite a few assisted living facilities and the Open Arms Assisted Living home has been the best one of them. Dai -Cheri Rashada is a terrific manager she is always responsive to the residents cares and family requests.

Very friendly stay and super clean home and it’s very welcoming from the first moment that we did walk in to the house . The location is very safe and and clean nature and the caregiver are amazing they did take care of my dad the way it should be done and more and he was very happy. I do highly recommend them to all .

I have had the distinct privilege of being a consumer of this establishment. As such, I am in the unique position to both critique and recommend changes to this business. The first thing is that the staff is very poorly trained. You would think that they would have to have at least some medical knowledge. But it seems like they just hire anyone off of the streets. I am all for providing opportunity for the future generation, but then at least give the staff some tools to help them do their jobs. Next, I don't know about the other homes that the owner has, but the one that I was in was very well suited for the handicapped and was set up beautifully.
