August 1st marks one whole year ago I moved in. I have recommended the place to several people. Being a retired CNA one year ago marks my full retirement, and people like myself are in need of a safe environment to call HOME. Ruth and Victoria-office personnel -have been doing a lot of work making Riverview Heights in Janesville WISCONSIN the best apartment complex in the area.

This was painful for me to write about my home. Now, I might have been spoiled to say that my home is declining. I moved here a few years ago and was treated with so much warmth, willingness to help, a beautifully kept place with so many activities. Now, we do still have things like optional meals at lunch and a hairdresser, but we have lost a lot We no longer have all the parties and events, the cheerful decor is gone, the building has been lacking with the split in maintenance with one being lazy and one is over worked, social worker is gone. I think upper management has fell short to help the multiple staff that was here that was overworked and abused by other staff. I'm afraid we will lose our maintenance man that does so much for us. PLEASE oversee your building oakbrook and bring our home back to wonderful! Bullying has increased, morale has decreased, mood and joy has gone. We loved our home and dearly want it back.

Really enjoy living here. Great management and maintenance. Well maintained. Loads of activities, on site meals for reasonable price, great location. Lunch time is always fun and have a once a week Beautician, laundry on every floor, Weekly and monthly activities. Food pantry, Lutheran Social Services for some assistence, 2 libraries, Exercise room, They go above and beyond here for their residents. Small pet allowed with pet deposit. Friendly people with pizza nights, movie night. Crafts, and out door area to watch nature and enjoy the 4 seasons. Central location. Newer Management who absolutely has made living here great. Chrissy and Victoria are super office people. Always positive. We have potlocks and Holiday meals. The best Affordable apt living I have lived in. A nice community of neighbors we have here. Safe and secure building. I recommend Riverview Heights. Affordable living at its best. Small pet allowed

Living here now 11 years,(April 1, and I'm not a fool) my feelings of contentment I'm hoping for at least 11 more(I'm 82 now)The building outside kept up flowers in front of individual apartments lots of grass, trees,parking spaces and everything kept up beautifully-even the American Flag flies proudly outfront! My cat and I are very happy here, and my apartment always looks like I,m just moving in-after all, change is good and needed! Inside is constantly being updated (to my satisfaction, anyway),the staff is great and (Smiles when you talk to them) maintenance on the ball where needed! The only (compaint?) I have no idea what this Kimberly is talking about. I have lived here for 8 years and wouldn't leave here if I was told to the management is great maintenance is great and they are open and willing to talk to you at any time about anything this is the best community I have ever lived in and I have recommended it to several individuals and Families. This complex goes above and beyond for its residents.

I have lived at Riverview Heights for going on 10 years. I've seen many changes here.. some good and some not so good. Our current managers are doing an excellent job. It's very hard to live in a community with so many different personalities and I commend our managers and social worker for handling situations that arise. I have met many wonderful people here and have a few very close friends. I don't ever plan on leaving but we never know what our future holds.

There are always activities going on. So if you’re bored it’s your own damn fault! We have the Senior lunch program here for a donation of $5.00 per meal.

I moved here February 28th of this year and it seems like a very nice place. If you want quiet and privacy you can have that, and there also are activities both here and in the area to be social and visit somewhere or someone new.

I moved into my apartment on October 2nd 2021. And I have to say this is one of the best kept low income apartments for seniors and disabled people I've lived in . The staff is amazing and the apartments and amenities blow all the rest outta the water.. And there are some absolutely wonderful tenants living here ... And I'm happy I moved here

I have lived here for 8+ yrs. and I love it! This place is like living in my own home due to how quiet it is. I would always promote Riverview Heights because it is a blessing for low income people. People who don't have retirement money and live only on Social Security need this type of housing.
