My Mother has been living at Our House Assisted living now for almost a year. I can't say enough about the staff, the community of residents and their administration. Mom is well cared for and she enjoys herself! They go on outings such as The Elegant Farmer, Skelleys, and even fishing!! We had mom at another facility first and ended up moving her to Our House and we are sure glad we did! ™‘

The staff treat their residents with respect and take great care for them. You can tell they genuinely care. They plan the best activities for the residents and we take our kiddos from the daycare I work at to participate in planned activities with the residents also. It is always so organized and so much fun for all of us. I hope to keep making these meaningful memories with the kiddos and residents for a long time ’• thanks to Jennifer and all of the staff and residents too!

I would like to share how amazing the staff at OHSL. They not only support my mom, they support me her daughter. I don't know what I would do without them. It is hard to fully put into words the amazing care that my mom received at Our House. The last 18 months were the happiest of her life. When she passed, she was safe and secure. The staff and administration always adjusted to mom's needs. They helped her be as independent as she could be. When circumstances changed, they adjusted their care. They treated her with love and respect. I will always be grateful and never forget. Our family appreciated everything. I would highly recommend Our House for a loved one/family member.

The staff and residents are the best. You truly feel at home and welcome at Our House in Janesville. My mother in law was resident here for 5 years. Always felt like she was safe and staff treated her great. I still visit regularly because the staff and residents are like family to me.

My family and I recently toured Our House while searching for a senior living option for a loved one, and we were truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere was apparent. The facility itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting environment. The administrative staff and head RN were amazing. They greeted us with genuine friendliness and were thorough in addressing all of our questions and concerns. Their professionalism and empathy were reassuring and highlighted the quality of care they provide. Overall, our experience was very positive!

Facility is clean, staff is friendly, they really care for the residents. My grandma has been a resident for a couple of years and while no facility is perfect and no person is perfect it has been a wonderful home for her.

We moved my grandfather to Our House in July of 2023. Jennifer was very helpful with the process as we were moving him from 250 miles away. The entire staff was amazing, facility is clean and bright. The only regret I have, my grandfather passed away after only 1 month there, wish he would have been there sooner. The staff went above and beyond for my sister and I as we were going through the Hospice process, very caring and compassionate. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one.

I am a c.n.a. & I do In - home cares with Agrace in Madison for almost 18 yrs. I ve been in many facilities. This was my first time visiting Our House & I hv to say ,it was a pleasant feeling as I walked through the door & the first impression was Wow!! this is clean ,organized & peaceful . The Director Jessica & Christal greeted me w/ such a warm welcoming ,they both introduced themselves & title & walked me to the patients room to make I had everything I needed & reminded me if I anyghing just pull the call & later as I was finishing up the med passer & staff that came on to second shift came to asst. & I was just so pleased & felt valued as a partner with the same mission to make sure that we are giving our patients together the best care .Thanks again for what you are doing making a difference with respect & Love for whoever walk through the door. My mom lived here for 2.5 years until she passed last month. She loved it their and I knew at a drop of a dime I could call and know my mom was ok. The staff are like family she and I love them all! I couldn’t ask for a better place to call my moms home! Thank you to all the staff for caring for my mom in the last 2 years of here life!

We have had the best care for my mother in law. My mother in law has been a resident at Our House Assisted Living for 5 years. She is cared for and loved and getting great care. The staff has been amazing. They keep me posted on how Dottie is doing and also send pictures. I feel comfortable knowing my mom is great hands. I think of the staff at Our House as family .
