I am currently the assistant administrator at care partners in Hortonville. The one thing I love about my building is how we always put the residents first and work as a team to get the job done. My administrator has gone above and beyond for these residents and will even work the floor when Necessary. The residents seem genuinely happy and I know they are in good hands. I would feel comfortable putting my own family here.

Care Partners is an amazing facility in which the staff and the director have taken an amazingly good care of my mother. She feels comforted by all the staff members who greets her with a warm smile, a kind director and assistant who makes sure she is taken care of and is keeping healthy, an amazing dining room which serves good food (I had to try some of my mothers fish fry and its good), and she is safe with comfort of knowing she is helped when need be. I would highly recommend Care Partners to anyone has a family member, s or a friend who needs the extra touch of care that they need especially as things get tough.
