I got to Mum’s apartment and she was sitting up in bed eating breakfast. The Hospice RN had brought in the larger yellow briefs one of the caregivers asked me to order from Hospice. I took one brief out of the package and laid it out on top of the package. It was still there when I came back from a noon errand. Not sure my Mom was changed. They did change her shortly after I returned. I asked Mum if she had her dentures in, she checked and nope she didn’t. I found them in the bathroom soaking so brushed them and helped her line them up for her to adjust. She seemed to do fine without her upper partial but her toast and watermelon still sat on her tray. She ate some of her toast and all of her watermelon once she had her teeth. Most of the staff are very sweet to my mom and obviously know her preferences. So thankful for that. Sincerely, Vicki Reed

This place is amazing. My mom has been in the memory care unit for 3 years, and the staff is wonderful. They are so careful that not one memory care esident contracted covid.They are awesome.

They take such great care of my Grandmother. During this COVID-19 scare they really went above and beyond to keep her EXTREMELY safe. They check on her all the time to make sure she is well. I want to thank the whole staff for being wonderful and caring. You all are amazing. We need more places like this

I worked in a long-term care facility in Green Bay which was ok but NOTHING beats Emerald Bay for assisted-living or for quality, caring staff. Im so glad my mother-in-law chose to come here!

I would like to thank everyone at (Emerald Bay retirement community)!!! Lois loved her stay there. You kept her involved with activities, made her feel useful by letting her do the cut outs, you always had fun entertainment, she loved the food, and dont forget Fridays happy hour, I will miss that!!! She was truly blessed to have you her last two years of life! Lois will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. Rest In Peace Lois.

Our mother has been a resident here for one year. She enjoys the care and friendship the staff give, the freedom to walk the trail and grow her own garden, the weekly creative crafts sessions, the entertainment provided and all of the special events for holidays. We like seeing all of the Facebook posts so when we cant visit we can still see whats going on. Knowing she is safe is so important to our family.

Our mom was in the Memory Care unit. The care, patience and affection from the staff was beyond belief. The facility has a warm and inviting atmosphere with lots of wood and a craftsman style design. Moms room was always clean and neat and she always seemed happy to see any of the caregivers when they came into the room. A plus is cost certainty in that you lock in a rate structure at the beginning and dont have to worry about being nickeled and dimed. Care cost may increase with needs, but you know what theyll be going in. I cannot recommend them more highly.

The beautiful sense of community among the residents and staff. Emerald Bay sincerely care for their residents individual needs and include dignity in the personal care they give. We as a family of our mother who resides here are always kept informed of her health and feel welcomed by the staff when we visit her.

My mom has lived here 2 1-2 years and felt at home from the start. EB staff is excellent and their attention to individual needs is amazing! My mom is very particular on how her wash is done (towels separate from clothes etc.) and her requests are followed. The extra activities and outings are creative and fun! My mom has made many new friends and feels privileged to live here!
