My parents lived in their own home for over 63 years and when it came time for them to move to a safer place, it was a major change for them, but Milestone staff was right there to help them get off to a great start. Milestone provided them with not only caring, knowledgeable staff, but a place where they saw old friends and made many new ones. The facility is extremely clean, the meals are tasty and nourishing, and the activities that have been provided to the residents have been top notch. The staff works very hard to keep residents engaged and does indeed treat them like family. I am so grateful our area has such a fine facility that our community members can call home!

My family was so fortunate that both our parents were able to spend their last years at Milestone. The staff in every department, from Nursing to Housekeeping to Life Enrichment to Culinary, treated Dad and Mom like family. I am thankful for knowing they were genuinely cared for at Milestone.

Everything about Milestone Hillsboro has been wonderful. Our past experience with other facilities were horrible in comparison. Milestone is so homy and welcoming. The entryway and hallways always smell wonderful. They have very nice group areas and patios for family get togethers. The staff members are so caring, and our family members are happy there! Having a quality and convenient hospital and clinic in Hillsboro also make this an ideal choice.

My Mom has been at Milestone Hillsboro for two years.the best way I can describe her care is they treat her like Family. The staff knows her so well, they alert me when she is ill and stay with her until family arrives. The weight of worrying is off my shoulders because they care deeply. The meals are delicious, the food staff knows what she likes and does not like. Her apartment is cleaned by Annette and it is spotless and sparkles. When by brother passed away last August I alerted the staff, because I was in Minnesota. They bought flowers and went up and sat with her until family was present. That was priceless ! Is nearby and I have family, friends & close neighbors that are employed there. Some have resided there. Also, have family and good neighbors that live nearby Milestone which is located right over the hill from me,within a short walking distance.

This place is top-notch. My dad has a caring, capable staff who makes sure all his needs are met. I never worry about his health, needs, and safety as opposed to when he was living alone at home. There are delicious meals and ample activities. The living unit is wonderful. Of course, this all starts with leadership: Bridget and Miranda set high standards and positive examples for staff to follow. We are so lucky to have this place in rural Wisconsin.

We were searching for a place for my mother in law and Milestone was my first call, as it was closest to her home. Miranda was very pleasant and easy to work with. I toured the center and the first thing I noticed was, there was no offensive odor when I walked in. The center was clean and tastefully decorated. The room I was shown was exactly what we needed. I also observed the residents who appeared to be well cared for. Their clothes were neat and tidy, their hair was combed and they were clean. I was there on the cusp of mealtime and the meal smelled delicious. The residents seemed quite content and happy. I am sure our loved one is in the right place!!!

My sister moved there after a horrendous experience at a different facility. The difference was like day and night! It's brighter, staff is friendlier, and shez doing better. PT and nurses come right to her, so she doesn't have to leave the building. I'm glad she went there!

My mother is a resident at Milestone Family Living of Hillsboro. It is a wonderful place for your loved one. She loves the meals, activities and sitting on the patio. Her room is spacious and beautiful. The management team is absolutely amazing!

My mother moved to Milestone Senior Living in 2022, due to declining medical health. The facility has a home-like atmosphere. The staff is compassionate and caring. My mother is safe and secure. My mother states that Milestone is wonderful and how nice the staff is and how happy she to living at Milestone.

My Mother lived at Milestone, Hillsboro, for over 3 1/2 years. Milestone came highly recommended and from our experience, I would recommend this facility, as well. The environment is very pleasant - not institutional (must visit). Assisted living apartments & memory care, we were in both. The special staff was involved and caring. I felt my Mother was getting quality care and I was welcomed to spend time there too. I got to know both staff and residents - rewarding! They helped make a difficult chapter in our lives quite a bit easier.
