This is a great place. I have been here about 2 years. They care about you no matter what your personal situation they will help you. The food is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful they will listen and give you advice on what you could do. What ever you're problem is they will give you the right person to talk to Dale Sutton

Mother was here 2 years and recently passed and the new team was dedicated to making sure she was comfortable and I was always informed since unfortunately I was out of town. Highly recommended with my experience, especially these last 2 weeks as it has not been easy and they really showed how compassionate people are! Thank you Eden Vista and team

Had an excellent meeting with new team and already seeing changes! Thank you Tina and team for putting my aunt first and communicating with me and my family-almost daily lol, as this is new to us and we appreciate the meeting you set up. The team has been more present than previously and I’m thankful for this. As I read the reviews, this is not the experience that my family and others we know have had at Eden Vista!

Our elderly aunt is currently at Clifden Court. Felicia, who is very kind and compassionate, helped us admit my aunt in a timely and safe manner. The resident assistants are also kind and attentive. I can tell they really care.The facility is very nice and offers many activities for the residents. The meals are prepared from scratch. We feel at ease knowing our aunt is in a good environment.

My dad has been here for about a year; the place is always clean, smells good, doesn’t reek of sorrow and death like most living homes do. They seem short staffed though. My dad only complained once about this place - he waited over 2 hours to get help going to the bathroom, he was basically stuck on the toilet until someone came to assist. They had said it was an awkward time lapse between shifts. To my understanding, I don’t believe they have a night crew so when the last shift ends of the day, there’s no one there overnight until 6/7 am when the morning crew arrives. That’s a bit alarming.

Our loved one went from respite care to assisted living to hospice care to end of life in the course of seven weeks. The entire staff did everything in their power to give Nancy the best care possible. We were blessed to have them by our side during this difficult journey. Thank you to everyone!

I went to visit my friend there the other day. The staff were so amazing and friendly. There were people out on the patio and it didn’t smell bad like other places I have visited. I was super impressed with the activities lady in my friends building. She seemed to know and care for all of the residents and Danielle was super sweet with my friend, even when she got upset.

Clifden Court offers a good variety of care options for all stages of Senior living. My mom can age in place here and if she has memory care needs in the future they have a community dedicated to just working with residents that have Dementia. Clifden Court is clean and well maintained with some nice updated decor that feels like home. I also like that the food is cooked from scratch right here on site under the supervision of their Culinary Director. The Nurses and the caregiving team are friendly and attentive as well making this a very nice community for my loved one to move in to.

While searching for a place for my Dad with Alzheimers, we came here and chose to move my Dad in. The caregivers were just really great with him. His room was always clean and I didn't have to worry about laundry or meals because they took care of that. They kept us up to date with how he was doing and kept him active with Bingo, cards, crafts and especially music which he loved. I think the best thing is that it felt like home for my Dad instead of just a facility. I will always be grateful for the unceasing care they gave him each and every day.

UPDATE: Now under new management, will have to wait and see if things change. I hope and pray not - especially if they lose good staff or change the residents' care and activities. This is the only facility my mother has ever been in that felt 'home-y'. The staff is caring, compassionate and treats the residents like family. I tell my mom it's like a big house with a bunch of elderly people as one big family. She is not in the main building, she is in the west building, which is smaller and has less residents, which works well for her. It is not overwhelming, it's very comfortable and this is the first place my mom has liked and actually thrived in. Every time I am there, I see the residents in the livingroom, dining room, hallways, front sitting area where the fish tank is - in other facilities, you don't always see the residents out and about so much. She has made friends with residents, which is hard for her, she is very shy and tends to keep to herself. Her room is bright and sunny and spacious, she likes the meals and activities, and most important, the staff is so good to her. It was definitely the right choice for my mom, who has a lot of anxiety normally and is very anxious about new settings and new things. They have made her feel comfortable and safe and cared about. They work with her quirks and encourage her to get involved. When I was touring the facility, I was impressed by how many residents stopped my tour guide and said hi, a couple even said, "we love her!" - how often do you see that? I am so happy we made the choice to have mom live there - I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a place for an elderly relative to check them out.

Beautiful facility located in Greendale/Franklin WI. The grounds are well maintained and the facilities are newly remodeled giving it a true home like setting. The staff are friendly and considerate to everyone who enters the building, but more importantly, they truly have a place in their heart for all the residents. All of the caregivers, the Chefs, nursing staff and administration go above and beyond to provide high-quality and compassionate care! The residents are treated as family and not just another patient. I know I would be proud to call Clifden Court home for any of my family member that may need this level of care in the future!

The management team and staff are sincere, committed and caring professionals with extensive experience in taking care of vulnerable people. The management team understands the importance of quality care, and they have deep experience from well-known health systems in Wisconsin. The staff is committed and present, even on weekends and holidays. They enjoy being a resource to people regardless of whether they are considering having their loved one becoming a resident. Important differentiators for me are their mission-driven approach to care, and Registered Nurses on-site 7-days a week.

I had the opportunity to visit Clifden Court this past week and I cannot say enough good things about it. It is absolutely gorgeous! The apartments, dining room, social area, etc... Our tour guide was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. It was comforting to see the assisted living facility and know our loved one would be in very good hands if needed. As soon as our elderly father is ready, he will relocate to Clifden Court.

The problem with the internet is that everyone gets a voice, and usually with reviews, it is only the bad ones that get posted. After reading some of the reviews, I feel like I have to respond. In my experience with Clifden Court Assisted Living, I have found them to be the utmost of professionals. Choosing a place for your loved ones is an emotional and challenging time, and it's really the little things that give you peace of mind. Cleanliness and the type of people that work there being the two most important for me. This is not a decision to be made lightly, and compared to the other places that I have researched, Clifden is by far the best. You can't please everyone, and disgruntled employees also are allowed a voice on social media, but I couldn't recommend a place more. Do yourself a favor at least and check it out for yourself.

Over the course of the past two years, I have come to know Clifden Court pretty well. It's really a great place for older folks that need some extra care (help with the bathroom, dressing, meals, etc). The staff is super friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about the residents. Lots of activities and occasional outings help to keep the residents active and involved. If the time ever comes that my own parents need assisted living, Clifden Court would be right at the top of my list! Keep up the great work!

I have had the most amazing experience with Clifden Court and it's Memory Care. The owner of Clifden Court, Erik Tezlaff, is very engaged with this campus of care and it appears he is striving for excellence in care with the many changes that have transpired and excelled over the last year and a half plus.. It's not uncommon to see the owner in the community throughout the campus daily, up to and including the weekends frequently. The staff is very attentive, there's a great compassion, energy from the reception into the community, and active atmosphere throughout from the staff as a whole. I find the community has great activities, the food is excellent, upkeep is ongoing and apartments and overall community is extremely clean. I can't say enough as trust and worry free is a big thing for me. I think that Clifden Court embodies what other communities should strive for in their excellence of care. This community has it figured out and they are excelling more and more regularly.
