My mother has been living at Oak Park for a year and enjoys her room, the space for walking indoors and outdoors, the activities, the food and the staff. Due to the size of the facility, there is a variety of people to get to know. Moving to Oak Park was an excellent decision.

Our father moved to Oak Park in February. The transition for him was remarkable, he is content to be there and he feels the caregivers treat him very well. John Corpus, the director, is always on duty, cares immensely for his staff and the residents and is always there to respond to any questions or concerns, we are not sure when he sleeps! Lisa Adamczyk goes way above her job duties, she cares about every resident and always has a smile and continually checks in on them. She helped us tour Oak Park, provided excellent information and follow up. All of the staff are kind but a few stand out in their care and concern, McKenzie, Cecelia and Sierra to name a few. thank you Oak Park!

My mother has been a resident here for over 4 years. Recently she was able to move into one of the newer units and she loves it! She also went through some very significant health emergencies and the Director of Nursing, Wendy Opsahl, played an essential role in her treatment and recovery. I truly believe my mother would not have made it without Wendy's advocacy, knowledge, and level of care. She truly went above and beyond for my mother and our family and I will forever be grateful to her. She is very special and Oak Park is lucky to have her.

This place is awesome! The facility is modern and clean. The staff is the best, so friendly and accomodating. The activities are many and something for everyone. Two times a month, the square dancers come to the facility for a fun night that all can watch or join in if they want to.

I recently was invited to train some of the staff at Oak Park Place and thoroughly enjoyed my 2 days at the facility. The facility looks brand new, has a beautiful lay out, and it feels as if you are walking into a "mini-community" when you enter. All of the staff from the receptionist, to caregivers, to activities, to maintenance, to the Director of Housing are extremely welcoming and inviting and my students were eager to learn new things to better serve their residents! They even went so far as to make me a lunch during my training days and the food was exceptional! Hoping to work with more staff on training in the future!

My mother and father were at Oak Park Place for 5 and 15 months respectively until they passed this year. This was the best place for them, mom in need of assisted living, and dad in memory care. The family's decision selecting Oak Park was the wisest choice (we looked at all options in the Green Bay area) and we were so incredibly happy with their caring and competent work. Between the eight of us children, we visits many hundreds of times and there was never an issue or concern about their care there. We were always welcomed and asked if there was anything they could do for us to help our parents. When we asked for something they responded quickly and completely. As more care was needed, the transition to the next level of care was seamless. Both our parents easily adapted to their lives there and thrived with socialization, three meals per day, in-house medical care, and fun, faith, and memory sustaining events. This organization is clearly well managed and their continuing selection of their caring and capable staff has resulted in a top quality organization. You will not be disappointed if you choose Oak Park Place.

My father and I toured a few different local assisted living facilities in the past year. Over multiple visits, we were both so impressed with Oak Park Place. The facility was always very clean and there are many areas to relax. The staff was very courteous , professional, and personal, and Lisa was tremendous help with our tours, paperwork, and created such a warm feeling for us. We also enjoyed the various activities that we were able to participate in during this time. Everything about it just felt right. It felt like home.

Noticed that the majority of the reviews say “ visited there”. My husband was there for 7 months. He was a challenge in the beginning as he didn’t want to be there. After 7 months of “ seraquil “ a drug not meant for him as well as other strong antidepressants, and falling 15 times in the month of January, I was given 72 hr notice to move him to another facility. Best thing ever. It saved his life. They stood him up 2 xs every hr elliminating almost all falls. Put him on the right meds. He was a changed person. The caregivers at Oak Park were good. He had good nurses with the exception of the head RN who made the med decisions. She would never call me back. No communication. It was a nightmare seeing my husband go through that. I felt totally helpless.

This is an excellently facility. The staff is truly caring and dedicatedto the residents. We were in a crisis mode as we transferred my mother to memory care just moments after my father passed away. Jamie Bryant and John Corpus could not have been more helpful to us in this time of great need. Subsequent follow up to check on my mother was excellent. Contrary to our previous facility, people actually answered the phone live and immediately got us in contact with direct care givers for a complete and accurate communication. Do not hesitate to intrust your loved ones to Oak Park Place. They are top notch. I have seen the other side at our previous facility and the difference is night and day. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with the staff of Oak Park Place. My brother was very well cared for. I had a challenge to initially transport by brother to this facility, and they brought their own van and staff to assist me! I strongly recommend Oak Park Place for your loved ones. very friendly and helpful in discerning where and what might be best for my parents. I was impressed the owner also came to meet me on initial tour. I felt they were honest about what they could offer and the inevitable struggles with long term care and how they handle concerns and conflicts. The facility was clean and well maintained with individual services on each floor which is a really good idea for the elderly who have transportation struggles. My family and I chose another facility for my parents for various reasons but the one significant one was inability to have 2 bedroom apartment. I would encourage anyone searching for care for their loved ones to reach out to Oak Park to see what they have to offer you and your family.

We had a wonderful time at Oak Park Place last Friday night for their holiday party. What a beautiful facility, super nice staff, and delicious food served. Especially loved the hot cocoa bar with the never ending topping options:) Santa and his live reindeer were a total hit!!

Mom has been here for a little over a month. I have had a lot of questions during process but the staff has been very helpful. While sitting in the medical directors office discussing those problems, we contacted the medical offices we had issues with and corrected them right then and there. Everyone has been so kind, helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend it. Mom has felt welcomed.

Our family has been very pleased with our experience at Oak Park Place. We had a very stressful and constantly changing situation with our parents during the move-in period, complicated by being in the middle of the COVID pandemic. The administration and staff worked with us to get our parents situated, first in separate units and a month later in the same unit as their situation stabilized. We honestly couldnt have asked for better cooperation. Our parents tell us they like the staff, their unit is very nice, and they appreciate having meals brought to them three times per day. We kids also appreciate having their medications monitored and someone looking in on them multiple times per day. Thank you, Oak Park Place staff!

I do not live at Oak Park Place, nor do I have a loved one there currently. A friend of mine lived at Oak Park Place for several months so I signed-up for Oak Park Places mailings. A friend of mine and I picked-up two lemon pies for Oak Park Places recent Alzheimers fundraiser: they were absolutely delicious so I served them to my friends that evening. Oak Park Place is such a welcoming and beautiful place, inside and out.

My aunt moved in to Oak Park Place about four months ago on a temporary basis, after a change in her health status. After two weeks, she decided that she wanted to stay permanently, Everyone has been very kind to her. She thinks the food is very good. The facility is lovely and well kept. What we experience at Oak Park Place is compassionate care, a bright, safe, clean, and healthy environment. Someone must do a good job hiring and training and reinforcing the culture because I need to tell you that the director, the caregivers, the nurse, the enrichment staff, the chef, the van driver, the front desk, the maintenance man, the outreach staff all have a passion for making this a great place for those who reside there. Mom moved in on the 3rd, and likes it. She says the girls are really friendly and nice. Loves happy hour, and the entertainment they have. She has made friends there, and knew 5 people from her life that are there as well. Loves the scenic views from the sun rooms at the end of each hall way.

My Dad moved into Oak Park Place a little more than a year ago. He has settled in and is very comfortable in his new home.The facility is bright and nicely decorated.The management is great and always happy to help or answer questions.Caring staff and I know my Dad is safe and being well cared for when family is not there. The activity staff is wonderful as well.I would recommend Oak Park if you are needing to place a loved one in a care facility.

I have toured this beautiful facility in a quiet area on the east side of Green Bay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating for different levels of client needs. They have a great menu and always have activities planned for the residents. When the time is right Oak Park Place will at the top of my list for considerations.

I love Oak Park and what makes the beautiful place even more special are the people who work there. The staff, especially Jamie, helped us through the process and answered all of our questions. I was impressed when other staff members started to call us by name; that made us all feel so welcome and valued. I have one family member in the memory care portion of the facility and another family member in assisted living. The common areas are beautifully furnished and comfortable. The food is great and the residents are well fed. There are always activities and its comforting see the residents smiling and interacting. Thank you, Oak Park Staff.

Mom has been a resident for almost 2 years. Its a beautiful new facility with lots of amenities and activities to keep the residents engaged. The facility is well decorated and bright with lots of windows with views of the courtyards, fields and woods with wildlife that surround it. The building and grounds are clean and very well kept inside and out.The leadership and staff is friendly, capable and willing to take on the special requests and needs of the residents. They do a great job of engaging everyone in the community and the residents all seem to get along well. There are enough residents so anyone can find a friend or group to engage and socialize with regardless of background but its not so large that you feel like your loved one is living in a resort hotel with a bunch of strangers and nameless faces.I toured all the facilities in Green Bay before making a choice. I picked Oak Park hands down for the quality, newness and size of the facility coupled with the engaging staff and higher end memory care options. The facility and staff have lived up to the promises and marketing and mom is safe, cared for and happy. I have no regrets in choosing Oak Park for mom.
