For independent living, no medical assistance or services. Well maintained attractive buildings and apartments. Active social life if desired. Close to civic buildings, library, and shopping. Ample walking areas within complex grounds.

Its sad that they lie about this being a senior living facility, I have a toddler running around over head for the last 3 months. Child and mother come every week on Thurs thru Sunday Complaints fall on deaf hears.

Had to move when wife couldn't do steps. wanted townhouse but settled for 2B 2Bath apartment. Do as much or as little as you want socially. I broke a shelf in frig and in two hours had new one (no cost). Never once said I wish I had a snow shovel, or rake. 65 degrees in winter in garage. (Came to love WI winters). Just what we needed.

If you want senior help it is non existent here. Amenities are also really shabby. Nice place to live if you are totally and completely independent. Beautiful area.
