My mother left her home of nearly 40 years to be closer to me after her significant other passed away. We chose Reena Senior Living and I couldn't be happier with our decision. The facility is beautiful and every visit was met with friendly caring staff who greeted me with a smile. There are a many events and activities for residents, but what truly makes Reena special is the outstanding staff and caregivers. They showed genuine compassion and always put my mom's needs first. They supported both her and me through a difficult time, making the transition much easier. I can't say enough good things about Reena Senior Living. The exceptional care and service made all the difference for our family. Definitely recommend!

While exploring assisted living options for my mom, I stumbled upon Gina R from Reena. She was fun, professional, and courteous. She provided honest and candid feedback. She followed up with me routinely and allowed me to call her with any questions I had. Ultimately Reena is the facility we have chosen for Mom. And while we haven't even moved in yet, my experience working with Gina has been incredible! I can't wait to see what the future holds with Mom being in such great care and surroundings.

My parents moved into Reena two months ago. The staff has been very accommodating, helpful, pleasant, and professional. Which, in turn, has helped make the transition a bit easier. The facility is very clean, secure, and well maintained. The staff at Reena works tirelessly and their devotion to the tenants is apparent. August 30, 2023 update - Reena continues to operate their senior living facility at a "five star level"! My mother has been a resident there for two years. The administration, and the staff, continue to excel professionally with a very caring/compassionate approach. Their jobs are not easy. However, they maintain a positive attitude and always have the resident's well being in mind. Thank you for making this chapter of our mother's life a bit more bearable/enjoyable! And, in turn, eases our minds...

I had been looking into several other long term care options for my parents, when I presented myself as a "walk in" at Reena Senior Living. In spite of having no appointment, I was greeted with enthusiasm and invited to explore the facility with the marketing director. I was impressed with the number of staff I observed interacting with residents. We stopped and chatted with several folks who were enjoying their lunch in the spacious and lovely dining area. Plenty of light, lovely common areas, spacious apartments, recreation area, even a laundry. Going through the process of selecting a new "home" for my loved ones was overwhelming, but this Senior living complex offered us everything we could have wanted. Throughout the process of decision making, my family was treated with respect and consideration, and regular communication. I would definitely recommend checking into Reena Senior Living for those needing Assisted Living.

My mom and dad and aunt stayed there for over 4 and 1/2 years or until they passed away. The director Jen was great to deal with as was Gina, Amy, Tea and the rest of the care staff at the facility. They treated my parents and aunt very good. They always kept me informed as to what was happening and treated you like a friend. Great facility to have available when your family can no longer take care of themselves. We'll miss not seeing them now that the family members have died.

My father currently resides at the Memory Care unit of Reena. The staff is wonderful and treats my father with care and respect. They are on top of notifying a family member immediately if there is a concern. The facility itself is beautiful and very well maintained. I am so thankful that my father has exceptional care at Reena.

Jennifer Karissa and the entire staff have been absolutely wonderful in the care my father is getting during his stay. Especially during this hard time their communication has been wonderful when I have questions. My father has been there since December and everything has been very professional, the place is very nice and kept well clean. They always do their best to try to keep the residence busy and look for things they may have an interest in accommodating thank you very much for all you do.

Reena is a great place for seniors to live. They provided great care for my Mother and sister. Everyone is so friendly and great at what they do. The food was also delicious and everything was so clean. They also have a lot of entertainment and activities for the residents to participate in. One of my favorite things is how they go all out celebrating the holidays and make everybody seem like part of a family.

Reena and its staff are incredible! The facility is beautiful, the atmosphere is fun, professional, cozy and welcoming. They offer a wide variety of family events for the community and I love being a part of them! So thankful for their presence in Fort Atkinson!

I moved my mom into Reena in mid February. I have had great cooperation from Allison, Amber and Jennifer. These three great people do a wonderful job of making sure the residents are cared for with great compassion. I am at the facility frequently and am always amazed by how pleasant the staff is. Not once have I ever noticed any of the staff displaying any signs of having a bad day. My mom enjoys the food, good coffee and daily activities. I couldn't have found a better place for my mom to live. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living facility for their loved ones or themself.

Our Dad moved into Aster just over 1 month ago. The environment at Aster is excellent. The rooms and common areas are very comfortable and well designed, the food is great and the staff is very supportive and upbeat. I get the feeling that they enjoy what they do, and that is reflected in how they relate to the residents. I mentioned to Dad that I wanted to write a review, and asked him if he had any input. He said, "I can't think of anything they could do better than they already do."

I am so happy that my Father has found such a wonderful and caring place to live. He seems to like everything about Aster. He has the privacy of his own apartment, but yet we feel he is secure there. The employees are wonderful, and the services are great. Would recommend the facilities to anyone and everyone.

My parents moved into the Aster in November. They can't say enough about the staff and the accommodations. The staff is ready to lend a helping hand or an attentive ear. The food is top-notch with great variety. Whenever my parents have had an issue, someone is always there ready to assist. My brothers and I are very grateful to the staff at the Aster for providing a safe environment for our parents.

My aunt and uncle moved into Aster in November after my uncle needed care but wanted to live together. We search through many places and realized that Aster would give best quality of life for my uncle. The food is of restaurant quality. The presentation and atmosphere of the eating area is best we've seen. The staff is always available and very courteous. The staff is treated very well by management and that transfers to the care they give. If your a relative and need to find a place that you are comfortable with for your loved ones you need to look at this place. I've had many dealings with health care providers and this place makes life easier for me.
