My mother has been at Liberty House for 1 1/2 years. I have been very happy with the compassionate care she receives. The staff has been excellent at communicating with me. I live 90 minutes away and have no worries about my mom's care. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for this level of care.

My grandmother lived here during the height of the Pandemic. She did not have or even contract covid while in this facility and was extremely well taken care of throughout her life here. During the week she was passing the staff were extremely caring and allowed us to visit her during her final moments. Though it was a truly bittersweet time I could not be more thankful for how well the staff cared for my grandmother and also communicated with my Mother, aunts, and myself during this time. Alzheimer's and Dementia are terrble diseases but if you want your loved one in a place where the staff truly care and do everything in their power to give your loved one, you and your family the dignity care and respect deserved of any human being then this is definitely a great option.

Liberty House in Fond du Lac was the best place for my mother the last year of her life. She was able to socialize and have friends to talk with, and do activities with. The staff was exceptional with her and with all of our family. They did their best even with Covid lockdown to make sure we were able to talk with her and see her, even if it were just by FaceTime visits. Her last days there they were phenomenal in caring for her and keeping her as comfortable as possible with the help of Hospice. They allowed me to be with her while they cared for her that last week of her life, and I can't imagine not being able to. I would highly recommend Liberty House to anyone who has a loved one that needs care, as it's a family atmosphere, where Angela and the staff are caring, understanding, good at listening and working with family members, as well as residents and have fun activities for the residents.

Beyond grateful for the exceptional care our mom has been receiving at Liberty House. She's happy to have made some new friends, enjoys the activities they do, and feels safe and well cared for. It's not an easy decision to place a parent in the care of other's, yet we're confident she's happy and well cared for, which puts our minds at ease.

My mother passed away at Liberty House on 7-3-19. She had been there for a little over a year, she had dementia. My family and I recommend Liberty House for those needing memory care. They have an amazing staff that provided the best possible care for mom. The staff is always cheerful and positive. They spend a lot of time interacting with the residents. I have been a caregiver now with frontida Liberty house for three years. Liberty house has allowed me to caregive in such a special and loving way! I just love going to work and not only caring for my residence but it's also for the families. I really love working for a company that gives 100% and working with a team that has the same mission in caregiving as I do! I am so thankful to be part of a company that is always encouraging and wanting to teach me new things and help me grow as a person! I love so much caring for my residents and making each day special for them by getting to be myself and do what I love most which is being a caregiver!
